I did appreciate the friendliness of the workers....even changed a light bulb in my stairwell that I was unable to reach. The workers told me that they had scheduling issues due to some changes is staff. Now I am wondering about having them come and look and see why I have been continuing to get very small amounts of water this spring in my basement. It has been a very rainy spring, but shouldn't the problem have been eliminated? Is it really going to cost me to have someone look at my system? I would love to be able to give this company a 5 star review, but at this point I feel unable to do that.

Definitely don't leave anything out or uncovered, if the crew locates something in the house that they think they need to use, they will. Brooms, scrub brush (they tried to use it as a broom), shelves--if it's out or somewhat accessible, they will use it. I guess the work is fine. I'm glad it's done enough to be serviceable, and I pray that they never have to come back for any warranty issues. At the end of the day, they maybe did better than one of the regional or chain companies, but I would be hesitant to recommend without caveats.
