We've been using Alice's cleaning services for a few years now and we are very happy with the consistent quality she provides. There are usually two cleaners who arrive to clean. The team members have rotated a couple times throughout the years but they have all been very reliable, friendly and well-trained on how to thoroughly clean our various surfaces (marble, tile, wood, laminate). It usually takes about 1.5 hours for them to clean our 3 bed, 2 bath home. We have a dog and two kids, so it's fair to say our house is in need of extra love when they arrive! I should have stuck with my gut instinct and listened to the bad review. New Year's Eve coming home to a dirty disgusting home was not how I planned my evening to go. Especially when she told me it would only take 1 hour and 20 minutes to clean A 2 bedroom 3 bathroom Tri Level townhome!!! This is my first time using this service and the absolute last!!! I was so disgusted! I have a toddler and am expecting my second child. Needles to say I came home to dirty floors, un cleaned sinks, dirty microwave and last but not least all the trash. I do not know what these cleaning ladies, team of 3 pride themselves on but it was absolutely un acceptable. I text Alice and she offered to come back and finish the job ‍‍ I demanded a refund and within an hour she sent one of her cleaning crew to refund me. Not only did I receive my refund but her mouth as well. Basically saying it was my fault my home was dirty ( lady if my home was spot less you wouldn't be here! Then she proceeded to blame my two Persian cats for a foot print ( see picture below) that could have only come from a human I am now gifted with the surprise that my daughters x box where she plays her games and watches her movies is broken. Still disputing the issue at the moment. Most importantly I had to re mop the floors ( which were never even cleaned in the first place but only swept if that!) Spray down my bathrooms and re clean everything. How can I trust my toddler to play germ free in an environment that possibly cleaning supplies weren't even sanitary!! Not to mention my hidden cameras that captured the most disappointing effortless job, and broken x box system!! I'm extremely upset and disgusted! All pictures posted below. Please do your research and interview these people if your even thinking of hiring them. (We we were ready for the cleaning, ladies started to clean right away after coming, my husband left with my youngest daughter to grab a dinner for us from a restaurant so we didn't disturb ladies from cleaning the kitchen and not to smell all the products as despite opening all windows in the house it smelled terribly).
