The CPAP machine didn't work for me (bloating, cramping from swallowed air, waking up when turning over due to hose, etc.), so I decided to try a dental appliance. DSAC was on the list of certified, recommended providers and the research that I did online decided me on Dr. Valachi's clinic. I am so pleased that I made this choice of apnea treatment and doctor. The level of care and kindness at DSAC is exemplary. Dr. Valachi is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, precise, and understanding. At the initial appt the mechanics of using a dental appliance for apnea and the options for appliances were fully explained. The level of detail in the sizing of the appliance was thorough, and when it arrived, the attention to detail in the fitting made me even more confident that this would work. And it did! I have had a follow-up overnight sleep test in the lab and the dental appliance virtually eliminated my apnea episodes. I cannot recommend Dr. Valachi and all of the staff at the DSAC highly enough. One-year follow-up appt was also conducted in a caring, thorough manner. I am sleeping much better, without the bulky inconvenience of a CPAP machine and I have Dr. Valachi and the DSAC to thank. I should mention, also, that the billing for their services was fully explained and they took care of all interactions with the insurance company that I have.

Then they have random tags showing a discount % which is off the sale price not the discounted price and it comes to a different price. Oh and on top of that they are open to negotiation. So many different things to consider and deal with on pricing. The pricing is insane!! Even the "sale price" on items is super high. The sofa I looked at had a sale price of $999 and a store closing price of $798. I swear I saw this sofa at another store for $599. So high prices, friendly staff, and a fake store closing sale. Sounds like this store is just trying to make some money from people who think they can get better price from a fake store closing.

BOTH disabled parking spots (we have a permit) were blocked by a food truck. We were able to maneuver to get in with a wheelchair and let the salesperson know it was probably not legal to allow disabled parking spots near the door to be blocked. Reese, the salesperson said he understood and that it would be moved. We looked at bedroom furniture sets and discovered the custom made furniture that can be painted any color a customer chooses according to Reese. We liked the look but had one more store to look at before making a decision. After looking elsewhere we called Reese later that day (his phone # was now in our contacts as we were very serious about making a purchase) and spoke with him on the phone about the custom furniture. He sent us some photos of the different pieces. My wife replied by text and asked for more information....NOTHING! She texted him again and asked for more information....NOTHING! No text, no call....NOTHING! Two days later, we texted Reese and asked him to have the owner, Trent, call us. NO call. The next day, I called, got voicemail and asked Trent to call me that I had a concern I wanted to discuss. NON return call! It appears when you are at Broadway Furniture they pay attention to you, attempt to sell you furniture and are very responsive. IF you try to contact them for more information, to ask a question, or file a complaint, they ghost you and don't seem to care about you as a potential customer. Following the bad experience with Broadway Furniture, we called NW Furniture Mfg., the company that Reese had showed us their high quality furniture that we wanted to buy. NW Furniture Mfg. gave us the names of two other stores that can order custom furniture in the Portland area. We contacted one of those furniture stores, were encouraged by the salespersons professionalism and so we drove to that store. We looked at custom pieces and placed an order for a $10,000.00 bedroom set!!! (see receipt) Hopefully, next time someone asks for additional information on a product, Broadway Furniture will respond to the customer and save the sale and their reputation. Or maybe better yet, find another store who will treat you as a valued customer!

First, someone actually picked up the phone when I called and I spoke with a nice human being, not some kind of A.I. robot. She took my order and put in special notes saying when this would needed to be done by. I followed up a couple of times by email to check the status of the order. Both times I got a prompt response. The mattress shipped on time and is perfect. The Revel has an odd bed design, and this mattress fits really well. Way more comfortable than the original mattress. I recommend this company for sure. It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" I would say this is great customer service.

For the price we paid, the chair should have been all top grain, high quality leather. That's what we were sold but did not receive.
