We did our homework for sure, we have had experience with the Tempupedic mattress in the past but this one knocks it out of the park. My side of the bed we ended purchasing was the top of the line Tempupedic because I have health issues and this bed does so much to help support that. I've had chronic back pain for years, decades even. With this new bed in the zero gravity position it's not been an issue. I also suffer froms swollen ankles at night and in the zero gravity position that's gone as well. The message features are also over the top. With the Tempurpedic app you can track all aspects of your sleep. If you can spend a bit more money you can make a big difference in your overall well being. Despite what we thought was a premium price ($4K range) from a national brand, it didn't last 6 months before it showed signs of failing. We took the issue up with Cascade, and they warrantied it through the manufacturer, making the full purchase price of the mattress applicable to a new selection. They backed their product and took care of us, helping to identify and select a more appropriate choice. First class support when it mattered.

We told him what we were looking for & what type of bed we didn't really like. From the knowledge we learned at the first store, we knew we wanted a spring mattress not memory foam. So he had us lay on his most popular one. It was a bit out of our price range so he had us try something similar for a lower price & also another one at an even lower price. He also suggested we try the hybrid which is foam on he top layer, spring on bottom. We liked that as well. We narrowed it down to the hybrid & middle price point spring, but in the end chose the spring. We were told that the king size would have to be ordered & that it would take 2 weeks. Delivery was free, unlike the first place we visited. JC was great, he wasn't pushy & we didn't feel pressured to buy it. We got a call in just 1.5 weeks that it was ready. They communicated well the night before the timeframe they'd be coming & when they were about 10 minutes. A very quick easy drop off. Last night was our first night with the bed, & ohhhh it's so nice. Our dog sleeps in our bed & we all have space now without feeling cramped. We had a great nights sleep. Locally owned, go get your bed here!
