    I am compelled to share my deeply troubling experience with Dedicated Transportation Services (DTS) in Garden Grove, CA. My friend's vehicle was towed for parking in a reserved spot at my apartment complex--a consequence we fully accepted. However, the subsequent interactions with DTS were nothing short of appalling. For a firsthand account of the interaction, search for 'Exposing Unprofessional Behavior: DTS Garden Grove Supervisor Dave' on YouTube or the link below: https://youtu.be/ChXek1OwzK4 Upon attempting to retrieve the vehicle, we first tried to get information over the phone and then went onsite. We were met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from Dave, the evening shift supervisor. Despite presenting the required documentation--a valid driver's license and vehicle registration--Dave refused to release the vehicle. Instead, he resorted to calling us liars, yelling, and using profanity. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. While his use of slurs was unprofessional, it was his refusal to release our car and asking for additional documents that we believe was unlawful. The following day, we returned and spoke with Dan, the day shift supervisor. Dan confirmed that the required documentation was sufficient and released the vehicle without any issues. This stark contrast in treatment highlights the inconsistency and lack of professionalism within DTS. According to DTS's own vehicle release policy, the following items are required to retrieve a towed vehicle: * Valid driver's license * Vehicle registration (if not in vehicle) * Keys to the vehicle * Cash, debit, or credit card (no checks) * If not the registered owner, a Release Authorization Form (dedicatedtransportationservices.com) We met all the criteria (valid driver's license, vehicle registration, keys to the vehicle, cash), yet service was denied based on requesting additional documents (vehicle's insurance)--clearly inconsistent with their stated policy. Why this matters: Other customers have shared similar complaints. Please see the Yelp reviews and the below example, a review on MoveAdvisor states: "If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't write reviews often, especially not for a tow company of all places, but the way I was treated by this company and their employees was completely out of line.     [[HIGHLIGHT]]Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I parked in this condominium's paid parking and my time was fully paid until 10:57 a.m. Despite this, a tow was authorized around 10:38 a.m., while my parking was still valid. When I returned at 11:17 a.m., my car was already gone. I was walking back with my two young daughters in cold weather. The apartment we were visiting was far from the parking area, which explains the short delay, but that should never justify an early tow--especially when parking was still paid. Management later admitted their system does not even record the exact tow time and relied on "assumptions" to justify the action. They also claimed a vehicle can be towed immediately after paid time expires, which directly contradicts California Vehicle Code protections for paid parking on private property open to the public. This situation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and expense, all due to poor oversight and disregard for the law. Very disappointing management practices. I would strongly caution anyone parking here to be extremely careful, even if you pay correctly.

    Hello all, it's very unfortunate that I have to come on here to express my dissatisfaction with this towing company. As I was picking up my car I realized my car had severe damages from the towing services. I contacted management to file a claim because my car has severe damages on the front bumper which is detached now, the bottomed plastic covering is hanging and scraping on the street as I drive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Management informed me they were going to contact me the day I filed my claim because they had to speak to the driver to confirm he did the damages. However they have not been responsive and have been avoiding me as I called 3 times.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's annoying to believe that my car had those damages already prior to it getting towed. It's so unrealistic and this can be proven due to the towing yanking the bottom of my car, front bumper being detached from the side. Pictures will be included I still have not got a resolution. I hope to get this fully covered by the towing company as the pictures can be proven that a tow truck 100% caused these damages.
