These guys made the towing experience not be such a hassle. I was stuck on the side of the road in traffic; I got an immediate response to my call, and there was someone out helping me within a half hour. I was in a neighboring city, but in my experience that is record time for a tow truck! Driver was prompt and courteous, and my vehicle was dropped off to the mechanic with no issues. As someone who doesn't even know how to change a tire I'm pretty thankfully that garden Grove towing was able to help! I drive a 2017 Toyota camry which I practically got new and had never had any problems but when my front tire popped I was pretty much useless. Really great professional towing service! I was having a bad night and to add to the mess my car was stuck off the side of the street in the rain. I called garden grove towing and they immediately sent someone right over. Will was in immediate contact with me was very nice and was in constant contact about his ETA. Garden Grove towing was a HUGE HUGE help to me when I ran out of gas on a rainy day :/ Sooo embarrassed and mad at myself for being too lazy to stop and get gas. Getting gas is such a chore but what's worse is running out. I went to fill a little red tank up to get me to the gas station nearby but the tank was broken.
