Then when we…read moreleft they said to watch the head gasket cause the oil looked milky, there was nothing wrong with the car before i took it for the heater core. We knew it was the heating core because there was coolant inside my car on the passenger floor. When we called back to ask what they did after we got it back someone hung up on my bf twice before. So they stated on the phone that they took off the intake gasket and they didnt need to do that to take off the heater core. Then hang up. I just called again today and stated that I wanted a detailed receipt, (which they knew exactly who and what car that I had done with out saying) then he starts describing what they did I stated I wanted it on a detailed receipt! He said that I have the receipt which I do yes, and its noted that they didn't do what they were supposed to. So now its at another shop with milky oil because they didn't do their part. So DO NOT GO HERE! Also they let people answer the phone that can't speak English!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Also he again hung up on me when I called and stated he was gonna call the police I told him go ahead. He is the one that's a scammer!! there's also a couple of Reviews that stated he over heated their cars.

Did all the work right in front of me while I sat in the car. Quick service. If you like supporting small businesses then this is a great place for oil changes!

The next day they had my vehicle and they diagnosed it. The engine was blown or at least had a major defect and needed to be replaced. They didn't try to upsell me just to get money. I'm coming to these guys for five years and was recommended this company by my brother-in-law who's been coming to them for a minimum of 10 years. Respectful, trustful and honest in an industry that is not always that way. I've been a mechanic since the 80s and I would recommend this company to anybody.

Told him I would schedule one for two weeks out, my next day off. He said that would be great, just go online and schedule it. I show up to day 8am , yeah we cant do your alignment right now, we don't have anyone coming in til 10am to do that. I told him this is my reschedule from the first time they canceled on me. He said idk just the computer I guess. So I left and went down the street to MIDAS, they took me in right away to get it going. PEP Boys would get zero stars if I could.

For just an oil change. After 2 and 1/2 hours I checked and was told they hadn't started it yet. It would take at least another hour. It took almost 4 hours for an oil change for which I had an appointment. The car is now dripping, I am hoping it stops.
