So impressed. The current vehicle we leased and literally wore thru the tread in under 21,000 miles. Sad to say the auto manufacture offerred assistance but it still ended up twice+ as much as what I paid for these today. Not very happy to have to replace tires just to turn it in a few months from now. Jimenez Tire was not my first call, I called several before, but I literally jumped on the deal and raced down. Got myself four tires mounted and balanced and out in under a hour. For service and price this place exceeded my expectations and was worth the drive over. The guy in the office (Erin, Eric) whatever his name is extremely RUDE! NO customer or phone etiquette at all..so I go there on Monday my son car has a cracked rim. they tell me they ordered the wheel an it would be there by Wednesday or Thursday! we call on Thursday only for them to tell us he never ordered the wheel, he just found one! mind you I prepaid $210 that is absolutely not what I was told when I was there! They don't let you get a word in on the phone! they're talking fast an won't listen! Then Wendy gets on the phone and fucking lie an shes no better on the phone either! moral of this story is you RUDE ASS PEOPLE! dont deserve our business! 1/5 Took my car to fix the rear drum brakes, came out with scratches on my car. The mechanic who worked on my car knew my car got hit yet held my keys from me and took me on a "test drive." Took the car home and found out there were scratches that were not there when I drove it in. They purposely held my keys from me to hide the damages and wanted to get the car off the lot as fast as they can to not take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE OR IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. read more

This is one of those places that you say don't judge a book by its cover. It was Sunday and nobody else was open, so I took a chance on this place and they were extremely nice and professional. It may not look the nicest from the outside, but guess what it's the people and service that counts and also the price was incredible. Needed a good used tire to get me back on the road and was suprised how difficult most places are to work with. Jimenez Tire was the exception, answering the phone and my questions so I figured I would stop by to check them out. Wow! This place is awesome! They were polite when I pulled in, asked what I needed and didnt they to upsell me, and 20 minutes later I was on my way! All of this while they had vehicles being worked on on ever lift and space they had available. First, the address has changed to 121 E. Montcalm, Pontiac, MI. I had a tire that had a leak and it had been separated from the rim. I stopped by after work. In less than 15 minutes they fixed the tire. $7.00. Great deal! Of course I tipped the gentleman that fixed the tire. read more

I started Monday morning with a nail in my tire. Stopped by some of the big name tire stores for a quick, emergency repair. Not one of them would help me without an appointment. Terrible customer service when a customer is in distress. Won't be buying any tires or services from them in the future! Stopped by Jimenez Tire and told them my situation. Pulled me into the garage and fixed it immediately. Just asked me to wait in the car and pulled the wheel and fixed the leak. I was in and out in 15 minutes. And, they didn't try to rip me off for cost-very reasonable. This is the kind of service that I am used to --a customer is in a tight bind with an emergency situation and these guys helped me out. That's the kind of service and tire shop you want. My hats off to them for having "old world" service and generosity. They have my business. read more

Granted, the people are really nice who work there; they are also snakes. I bought a set of four like-new tires from them in February. Less than 2 weeks later, one of the tires blew out. I went back and they gladly replaced it..... for $40 more. They said it was not the tires, but rather my hitting a pot hole. Michigan roads are pretty much ratty, I figured ok.....even though I didn't hit any pot hole. I paid them and was on my way with another "like-new" tire. Well fast forward 3.5 months later, that replacement tire has cracked and I had a blow out on another tire. I took my vehicle to Discount tire and come to find out...... the tires I bought from Jimenez were 10+ years old! Here's the deal? Check the "born on" manufacture dates on your tires. DOT and four digits are printed on every tire. DOT stands for Department of Transportation and the first two digits stand for the week in the calendar year the tire was manufactured and the last two digits are the year. Don't be in a hurry to buy "like new" tires even if they still have nubbies on them...... unless the born on date is fairly recent. read more
