I was really nervous in contacting someone I found on Yelp because this was my first time doing a teeth whitening treatment, and I wasn't sure what to expect or who to trust because I had heard a few bad experiences from friends, but I am so glad I went with my instinct and contacted Irina Aside from her being very kind, she did a great job, explaining the entire process and the aftercare. I was very comfortable found her office easily and had a pretty good experience while I was there. I definitely recommend her to anyone who's nervous about it and want to go with someone that they feel they could trust .

I wanted to get my teeth whitened for my wedding and came across Deebeaut. I reached out to Irina via Yelp and she personally called me to explain the process and help me book an appt. She is a dental hygienist (for I think 15 years?!) and operates this business separately so you save money from what you'd spend at a dental office but get the same treatment. Very affordable and her results looked better than most places I was looking at, at a more affordable price. She did an INCREDIBLE job and I had no pain. She explained the sensitivity differs by person and has to do with your enamel but the LED light she uses seems to cause a lot less pain than the zoom machine that is often used, considering most ppl on here hardly had any sensitivity. FYI - You have to eat/drink only clear/white things for 48 hours after getting your teeth whitened so make sure to plan accordingly! I look forward to coming back to Irina!

Irina did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the results. A few tips: 1) You'll have to eat/drink only white/clear food/drinks for two days after the procedure so plan accordingly; 2) I have a bad case of gum recession with a ton of exposed dentin at my roots, so for me the procedure hurt quite a bit both during and after. However, based on the other reviews I don't think this is the case for most people even if they have very sensitive teeth. 3) I looked at my teeth closely afterwards at home and noticed what looked like vertical cracks in my teeth. I found out that these are called "craze lines" and were not caused by the whitening--they are normal signs of aging teeth and can be made more visible with whitening, but aren't noticeable unless you're looking very closely. 4) I was warned by my dentist that because I have so much exposed dentin at the root, the contrast between my whitened teeth and the dentin (which can't be whitened) could look weird, but I didn't find this to be the case at all. I think I'm probably one of the worst candidates for teeth whitening due to my gum recession, but I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone (as long as you go to Irina!). read more

I was lucky to come across Deebeaut while searching for good place for whitening my teeth. Irina, the hygienist and owner of Deebeaut was amazing. She was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. My teeth came out great with zero discomfort. Because one of the things that made here standout from the rest, she took the time to cover all my gums with a special material so my gums wouldn't be irritated from the whitening gel. Irina is amazing! First off, she's been a dental hygienist for 14 years, so she knows what she's doing! She made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the process. The entire process is about an hour, with three consecutive 15 minute treatments under the led light. It goes by pretty fast. My results were amazing! Came to Irina to have my teeth whitened ahead of my wedding in just a few days. When I first got in contact with her she got back to me almost immediately and opened up her schedule to help me. I felt comfortable knowing she's a dental hygienist and knows exactly what she is doing. Had an appointment today with Irina and she is amazing! First off, she made sure I was comfortable by turning on the heater and giving me a blanket since it was cold. She then proceeded to explain all of the steps she was going to take and told me I could ask her questions at any time. The process took about 45 minutes and the results were better than I even expected. After the whitening she cleaned off my teeth and applied a product so they were not sensitive. She told me the after care instructions and that I could reach out to her if I have any questions. I am definitely coming back! And would highly recommend! read more

I had my teeth whitened in 2011 and while it was highly effective, it was excruciating. I paid a ton and could not finish the procedure. I haven't done it since because the pain was so terrible. When I found Irina on yelp, these reviews were unreal! I contacted her and explained my concerns and how intensely sensitive my teeth are. She explained that the technology is different and I would not be in pain. I cannot believe it but she was fully right! Look at these results ! And not a single "zing" of pain. I have very sensitive teeth and I never thought that whitening would be an option for me. Irina is my dental hygienist and she told me that I can use Sensodyne a few days before the treatment to relieve that. This was my first time ever to do this. It was a quick process! About 40-45 for me. Irina gave me very detailed aftercare instructions and a gel to help with sensitivity. It hurt a few time for a few seconds on the first day when I had cold water or when I would smile and there was a strong cold breeze. I didn't feel anything the second day. Irina is just simply amazing! I had my eyebrows micro bladed by her and I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. I get compliments all the time and the best part is, it looks so natural. I was sooooo nervous, because it's a tattoo after all. She answered all my questions and gave me such a peace of mind. Irina is the best. I couldn't believe how white my teeth got, and completely pain-free. I was scared because I have sensitive teeth (I'm a grinder), but there was no discomfort at all. She is extremely experienced as a dental hygienist and has a USC degree, so she was very knowledgeable about all things teeth-related. I asked her a million questions about teeth, and just about beauty recommendations in general because she's a girl's girl, I felt like she was my sister haha! Also, her eyebrows are perfect, and I found out she does microblading too. So now I can get my teeth whitening and eyebrows done all at once. Highly recommend her! read more

I'm in the skin care business so I'm familiar with the results of Botox from clients that have had it done by other doctors and the results vary. I have had it done by him twice now, and I have to say, he has made the most positive and dramatic difference without making it look like I had Botox and it has lasted the longest of any I've ever had--a full six to eight months! Beyond his technical skills, Dr. Ali has great bedside manners and is genuinely the nicest guy. I also want to give a special mention to his hygienist and assistant, Asal and Moji, who are equally fantastic. It is such a great place, and has huge windows to view the most beautiful garden and waterfall from the dental chair. It actually makes it a very tranquil and relaxing experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals who do exceptional work!

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
