Dr. Devi is the best dentist I have ever had. I've been going to her for 4 or 5 years and am consistently impressed by her knowledge and skill -- she does meticulous and beautiful work. I've encountered so much incompetence in medical/treatment fields, and Dr. Devi's practice has been such a refreshing discovery -- she's an absolute ace. She is extremely well informed about the technologies and techniques that will produce the best result. I had some bonding done recently and it looks incredible. In addition, Dr. Devi has a lovely personality and will spend time with you talking through options, explaining the anatomic and aesthetic factors to consider in developing a dental plan. First time coming to Dr. Devi and was so scared of the dentist for years. Her assistant Gloria made me feel at ease and wonderful. Dr. Devi explained why I had pain, took x-rays, photos to show the issue and front staff gave me a treatment plan after checking my insurance. Very helpful, affordable and best dentist in pasadena. They push extra cleanings, extra procedures, and extra x-rays to squeeze you for every dime you have. They push this "deep cleaning" which is $1200 that family friends who are dentists have expressed to us is a common money grab in dentistry. Then they tell you that you have to come back every three months for more follow up cleanings after the deep cleaning. Just left feeling bled dry and do not recommend. read more

Dr Devi is a fantastic dentist! She gave me a very thorough first appointment, and answered my many questions with patience, care, interest, and deep expertise. I just had a filling done by her and watching her and her assistant Gloria work was a masterclass in expert dental work choreography. I'm not a fan of having cavities filled but I left there feeling very impressed and that I was in very good hands. They use the newest equipment and work with speed, care, efficiency, and most importantly, skill. I definitely highly recommend Dr Devi and her office. Small but fantastic team here. I chose Jeanne because she was close and had good reviews here on yelp. She did not disappoint. The office is small but clean and personal. Each of the dental rooms(?) has a fantastic view of Pasadena and the mountains beyond. Very calming before you go in for a procedure. I've had several procedures now there and never had to wait more than 10 min to get started. Jeanne is a pro through and through. You can tell she knows what she is doing, and she will tell it to you straight. I cannot say that I had any unnecessary treatments pushed on me or upsold to me. She simply gives you the current state of your mouth and allows you to make the decisions on what you need. If asked for a recommendation she will provide it, and her recommendations have always been what's best for my teeth and not for her profits. Her assistants are clearly professionals and veterans of her practice. No newbies fumbling around. Finally her receptionist, Claudia, is amazing. On more than one occasion she has gone above and beyond to assist me not only on my dental plan, but also to assist me with choosing my new dental insurance, based on what she uses herself. She's been working for Jeanne for 10-22 years (I cannot remember exactly what she told me) and has an incredible amount of experience with the dental industry. If you have any questions about your procedures or insurance, she is a fount of information and helpfulness. If you are looking for the full package of what a small, professional, private practice can provide. This is the place. Couldn't be more happy with my service and procedures. read more

I'd like to update my review... First, I was quoted a reasonable price for a detailed work plan. Then a week later called and given a higher quote cause the receptionist put down the wrong treatments. Or whatever. She's very kind in voice. Dr Devi truly cares about her patients! She's kind, gentle, intelligent, detailed and thorough. She fixed so much of the work that was done sloppily and incorrectly at another office that just wanted my money. She takes before and after x-rays of the work and closely examines them to make sure things are perfect. She also has great communication skills, offering to explain why and what she plans to do. I highly recommend her and the entire care team! I now live in Orange County (an hour away) but I still drive all the way to Pasadena to see her. Best dentist ever!!!! read more

They helped me out by replacing a filling that had fallen out!! Excellent service with perfect communication from explanation of service to breaking down the bill. Very professional made me feel comfortable, and the next day, I didn't have any soreness! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even for those who wait years to go to the dentist like me!! Don't wait any more!! She's great!! The team, and Ms Devi even took me that day for service and stayed later to do so!! I've relocated a number of times but continue to make the drive. Dr. Devi is a perfectionist and does great work. She is extremely thorough so some appointments requiring major work can be long. However, her staff is very friendly, personable, helpful with billing and the office and equipment is very clean. I've had extensive work done for many years and have never had any major pain or discomfort. They also keep the office cool and air conditioned which is great during hot summers. read more

I was referred to this office after receiving horrible treatment at another facility. I saw Dr Devi and she immediately diagnosed my pain and gave me immediate antibiotics to help me until she could do the dental work. She also advised me that the previous work that had been done was done correctly which is one of the reasons I was still in horrible pain. My visit to Dr Devi was worth paying the out of pocket because I went outside my coverage , however that will change as soon as open enrollment for benefits happens ..Claudia &Dr Devi top notch Care!see you in January! read more
