I have to say it's a HUGE improvement for the front desk staff. The new girl Sara (I believe) is very professional in her phone etiquette and in person social skills. She's attentive, nice and overall a joy to talk to. Zara is my go to for services and she is just as professional, kind and socially interactive. It's nice when people engage in conversation, and are friendly as opposed to the "conveyor belt" monotone business like services. This is my 2nd visit for laser hair removal with Mary, she is professional and answers all my questions. I have PCOS and have dealt with unwanted hair in places women shouldn't get hair. Mary made me feel comfortable since my first visit. When the hair was growing back it literally fell off, after my first visit I noticed my skin was dry but that's normal. I'm very hopeful and even though this won't take my issue away 100% because it's a hormone imbalance with no cure.
