They provide gunsmith services which is useful if you ever tried to remove the screws on a Staccato to mount an optic. They will work on full auto and other NFA items. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Anna has completed a couple upgrades and fixed a couple non-working firearms. She is currently helping to bring back my dad's .22 (and my first rifle) after it was damaged and is replacing some missing parts. She has an impressive list of certifications, and also offers private, individualized classes or training. She will build you a customer gun as well. Only a couple things to know, make an appointment and don't rush her. For me, never has been an issue. I am finally working my way through the safe and getting everything like it should be.

I had a pin & weld done here a few years ago by these guys and they did an absolutely awful job…read more It was a simple job and it looked like he had never done one before. Rather than say that he took my money and then drilled out the muzzle device (which already had a pre-drilled hole for a pin & weld from the factory), and then jammed a piece of solder into the hole and didn't even properly melt it down. There was spalling on my barrel and the whole thing was a total mess. I wound up having to send it out to another shop to have it drilled out and redone. A complete waste of money, I have always resented this place for how they did me wrong and I hope that guy either learned actual gun smithing or gave up and moved onto other things.

I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. I would recommend them to friends and family as well as personally do business with them in the future. Come to think of it, I have a few rings that need a diamond or two replaced. So I'll actually be paying them a visit very soon and look forward to them delivering quality work yet again.
