They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, service and integrity and I recommend them with complete confidence.

Switched out the post in my earring for a CRAPPY GOLD and didnt tell me! Then gave me different…read morebackings to the earrings, which led to me almost LOSING MY EARRING *TODAY*!. Not to mention the original backings had silicone so now it hurts to wear my earring when laying down or resting my head anywhere. When I had came to collect them, they tried to tell me I never brought in the other earring! I began to cry while telling myself out loud "I knew I should have taken a picture" and they some how immediately "found it again" after telling me to "just hold on and dont cry"... the man went into a different room and re-appeared again and with the other earring and it was in a separate folder. I finally decided to write this review a year later because of the fact that I almost lost my earring FOREVER today(I was lucky to have found my earring in my back patio and the crappy backing in the carpet after turning my house upside down) - all due to being forced to take different backings which slide right off the threading- and the post for reset earring is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN SHAPE SIZE AND COLOR. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON GETTING SCAMMED. These were earrings I have worn since BIRTH! They should have never EVER SWITCHED OUT MY POST WITHOUT TELLING ME. I DID NOT have a positive experience here…read more I went in to have some jewelry looked at I was considering selling I was met with a mediocre snobbish attitude from the younger male of all working there as I walked in - he was on the left side at the counter he literally BARELY even looked at my jewelry - a couple bracelets and a 3 diamond engagement ring he didn't test it he didn't clean it and then he forgot to even look at my ring when I asked him to please look at it - he half assed pulled his little loop out and proceeded to insult my antique pave diamond 10 carat pink sapphire all set in platinum ring "you've got a nice big chunk out of it" AND THAT WAS IT THAT WAS MY "CONSULTATION" THAT WAS MY "APPRAISAL" THAT WAS MY "OFFER TO BUY MY JEWELRY" - EITHER AS PIECES OR FOR THE GOLD EVEN THO ALL MY PIECES HAVE MULTIPLE DIAMONDS IN THEM WHOEVER THIS DUDE IS - AND IDGAF IF HE'S FAMILY OR WHATEVER - HE NEEDS TO LEARN SOME SERIOUS RESPECT & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (WHICH OF COURSE - AT HIS AGE - HE IS NOT GOING TO DO) WILL.
