Jeremy was awesome. He was super informative and transparent. He helped me with a jammed cartridge in my bolt action rifle.

They have a great selection, plenty of knowledgeable staff, and the customer service was outstanding. My transfer was completed very quickly -- everything was processed the same day, and I was able to pick it up without any hassle. They also included a complimentary visit to their range, which was a really nice bonus. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and purchasing from Freedom Firearms again. Highly recommended!

I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly they responded to my inquiries regarding firearm options, services, and current availability. When I visited the Arville location, the team provided truly outstanding service. They took the time to explain the mechanics of the shotgun I purchased in great detail and walked me through all the available rebates, both from the store and the manufacturer. The entire process was seamless; my background check was cleared within minutes, and I was able to head home with my new purchase right away. This level of professionalism and care is exactly why I returned to Freedom Firearms for my third purchase. Thank you to the entire staff at both locations for your excellent service

We entered the store and did not receive a "Welcome in" or any type of greeting you would normally receive when entering a store as a paying customer. As we approached the counter we were met with an employee that was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. His attitude was relentlessly negative, and his behavior was clearly designed to obstruct the transaction rather than assist. As I began to fill out the background form, he took it upon himself to look up my address and it was determined that the address on my Driver's license would not satisfy the residential requirement on the background form, which I can easily have fixed with the DMV, however, he stopped the transaction and was extremely rude about it and was not helpful in explaining the process. When he was questioned about certain "store policies" he was making up during our conversation, he was unable to provide an answer, he was unhelpful and also refused to provide his or his superiors names when asked as well, we were told "we don't give out names here". We left the store with the intention to return the following day with the address correction documentation. The very next morning I received a call from the original dealer that Precision Armory was sending my merchandise back to them and the employee had made false allegations that we were attempting to make a straw transaction which has now damaged my reputation with the original dealer. There was absolutely no other explanation for this employee's behavior, other than he is racist and couldn't contain his disdain and hate for an African American man, it was evident all over his communication, expressions and demeanor, he couldn't hide it. Additionally, there are several other reviews from other customers citing similar discriminatory experiences with this store. I have made multiple attempts for the manager or owner to contact me directly, including a BBB complaint that has went ignored. I would not recommend this store, unless you support discrimination, racism and wickedness. There's so many other stores that will not treat their customers this way.

Cameron made sure I found exactly what I needed and made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much, Cameron, for going out of your way to help. Amazing store for dog owners, outdoors people, hunters, fishers, boaters, campers, and more. Great…read moreselection, and great value. It is also a really fun place to visit even if you aren't shopping for anything specific. As a big-dog owner with a Doberman who is a service dog in training, I've now visited this store three times with my dog, and every trip has been fantastic. The store carries a huge variety of outdoor equipment, clothing, hunting and fishing gear, camping supplies, boating equipment, shoes, dog supplies, treats, toys, and more. I especially love the aquariums and taxidermy displays throughout the store--they make it feel more like an experience than just a store. There's also an archery range, outdoor seating, tractors on display, and a beautiful entrance with a wooden bridge over water. **** Why I especially love it for dogs in training**** For dogs that already have their basic commands down and are ready for more real-world exposure, I think this is an excellent environment. There are so many opportunities to practice: * Different surfaces: wooden bridges, smooth floors, carpet, stairs, rocks, etc. * New sights: taxidermy, boats, tractors, aquariums, hunting and camping equipment, and more. * New smells: fish bait, treats, snacks, clothing, shoes, other dogs, and people. (Smelling from a distance ofc, I don't let my dog stick her nose right up in there, that's rude haha) * Loose-leash walking and heeling: It's a large store, so there's plenty of room to practice navigating turns, corners, and aisles. * Down-stays: The many aisles make great opportunities to practice staying calmly while you browse. * Focus around distractions: On busier days, your dog may encounter children, adults, other dogs, and all the other activity that comes with a large store. * Tasking practice: For service dogs in training, it can be a useful environment to practice maintaining focus and performing tasks around distractions. * Confidence building: The variety of sights, sounds, smells, surfaces, and people can provide gentle exposure for dogs who need to build confidence. Of course, I would only recommend bringing dogs that are under control, non-aggressive, and have a reasonable foundation of basic obedience. And always follow the store's current pet/service-animal policies. As someone who can get a little anxious about whether my SDiT is behaving perfectly, I also appreciate how comfortable and welcoming this environment feels. I've had my dog do the occasional "drive-by nose boop" to someone we passed, and instead of feeling embarrassed, I've generally found people to be incredibly understanding and friendly. I've even met fellow big-dog owners and had conversations about Dobermans. One of my favorite moments was when my Doberman suddenly froze and intensely stared down an empty aisle with one paw lifted like she was "pointing" at something invisible. An employee and I both started laughing. **** Great for big-dog owners**** I've found their dog selection particularly useful for larger breeds. Because of the store's focus on outdoor and hunting dogs, I've noticed a better selection of larger-dog equipment than I often find at typical pet stores. They also carry things that can be useful beyond hunting, including scent-training supplies, life jackets for swimming, training equipment, toys, treats, and other gear. I could easily see using many of these products for scent work, dock diving, outdoor adventures, and general training. I also appreciate the selection of dog treats and the ability to find options with ingredients I feel comfortable giving my dog. **** Overall Experience **** The staff have always been friendly, personable, professional, and helpful--and sometimes genuinely funny. There's plenty of parking, and the outdoor area and entrance make the store feel inviting before you even walk inside. I also love that it's open until 10 p.m. on weekdays. To me, Bass Pro Shops feels like more than a store. It's almost like a little mini-world where you can shop, explore, train your dog, and see other people enjoying the store too. I highly recommend this place for hunters, boaters, fishers, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts.... but especially for dog owners whose dogs already have a foundation of obedience and are ready for more real-world exposure and distractions.

All of the instructors I previously had at these classes were great and very qualified). The Green Valley Range instructor I had (his first name was Lou), immediately came across as incredibly arrogant and condescending. First, instead of starting the class with a brief couple of minutes intro about himself (which all my previous instructors had done), he practically spent the whole day talking about himself...he just went on and on, about how knowledgeable and great he was...this guy is way too much in love with himself. The other problem was, that about mid way through the class, Green Valley Range sent a sales person in to try and sell CCW liability insurance. Green Valley Range obviously were taking advantage of a captive audience, in a state required CCW class, to sell their other products. This is at the very least unethical, and may be illegal (and if it's not illegal, it should be). The bottom line is, I did not like the attitude or business practices of Green Valley Range, so I would not go back to them for classes, or anything else.
