I reached out when I felt our son needed someone to talk to about his feelings as he was separated from friends and sports, and overwhelmed with online learning. John was absolutely the best! Since John works with kids, he had a program suited for the pre-teen age group and their emotional needs/communication that didn't feel "childish" to my 10 y/o. After about 2 weeks (1 session a week) , our family dynamic changed for the better.
