Listen close..my family spent over 1000 dollars in dive equipment which includes a brand new regulator aqualung calypso..have had it less than 9 months.It failed and had issues.They come with a lifetime warranty Recieved an 80.00 invoice to repair it.Used 5 times and already broke.It was not abused. I purchased a surfboard from Deep Six recently. I told them I was a beginner and an employee convinced me to buy a surf board that was not adequate for my size. I didn't know any better because it was my first board. I was sold this board for $500. Once someone informed me that the board was incredibly too short for me, I called Deep 6 and they said there was nothing to do to help me. No returns OR exchanges... Don't shop here unless your willing to dish a pretty penny. This place will suck every dollar out of you. Incredibly disappointed. I can't even try to sell the board because Deep 6 sold it to me at above retail price. read more

Great selection of merchandise! They carry everything from sunscreen and baby pool toys to all things scuba diving of course! Staff is always helpful and friendly, especially Corey. My 13 year old son became certified this Summer with Madison as his instructor. She was professional and fantastically patient with him. read more

The prices are definately on par or better than some other stores I've been to and the selections are large. Also, you can schedule scuba diving lessons there which I'm considering in the future. read more

They obviously don't know what diving is. I have worked 5 years as an scuba-diving instructor and this place is the worst. They will charge you everything they can et not refund anything in case of bad weather. Do not go there to dive. If you need to buy stuff, on the other hand, this shop look as good as any. read more

The prices at Deep Six are higher than most places online, but they have almost everything related to Water Sports. Also, if INDIFFERENCE is something you enjoy when you're buying three wetsuits, and spending $350, then this is your place! As said, unfortunately, the owners suffer from the "Typical Florida Business Malaise." In Deep Six, you'll be served by High School kiddies who barely look at you, and haven't been trained by the Owner to Smile, or say "Good Morning" or "Thank you for doing business with us!" Yes, I LIVE IN VERO BEACH, and only shop here when I need something NOW. How such a place survives in the marketplace is baffling: I suppose since many of the clientele are young, they don't know they should be given better treatment. read more

My wife bought a pair of $65 board shorts (O'neill brand) for me and after wearing them one time the material was badly worn and made them look like they had been worn 100 times. I returned them to deep six and they would not do either money back or full exchange. They said it was the type of material. I will be taking this up with O'neill and reporting them to the better business bereau. Not a good way of doing business with local residents. read more

An apparently middle aged salesman (perhaps the owner?) at this shop tried to sell us a din to yoke converter for $94! Anywhere else we would pay between $30 and $50. This fellow had quite the unfriendly attitude to go with it. It's not the first time we had the sense that pricing at this shop was excessive. I suppose that this post makes it pretty evident that I'd rather do the 40 minute drive to dive shops in Melbourne or Port St Lucy before going back to Deep Six Dive, which is just five minutes down the street. I'll certainly also be checking out the other dive shop in Vero Beach. read more

Just bought a new pair of Oakley sunglasses at Deep 6 from Laura. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The store had a wide selection and She opened every case I asked her to and let me take my time trying on a lot of different pairs. She also knew the positives and negatives about each pair or brand.
