Richard is by far the best massage person I know. He spent about 30 minutes talking to me before he started the massage. In this 30 minutes, he asked many questions and really discovered a lot about what my problems were. He knew just what to target. This is the first time I've ever had a massage that I could feel the effects for days afterwards. I left feeling perfectly relaxed. In the next few days I didn't have any soreness at all. Wow, what an experience! I receive body work every other week. The massage I received from Richard went far beyond. I have had an ongoing shoulder issue which prior massages didn't seem to help.
