I heard the child running and banging all day. We couldn't sleep well during the night and heard weird booming noises. I also heard them drag furniture all day too. My friend is also a student and she can't get sleep or any peace even before the exams. I just really don't understand why nobody was able to handle this and make them stop making noise. Horrible management and absolutely not a good place to stay for any future tenants.

So, we expect that our issues/requests will be addressed immediately and with great enthusiasm. I don't think that will happen in any management office and throwing around demands, being aggressive and rude (even if the person you're dealing with starts showing their teeth mid-conversation), likely won't produce desired results. They'll remember you, but for the wrong reasons Kindness, patience and respect towards those you expect to provide you with the assistance you require, speaks volumes in how that assistance will be provided.

Not only that but they have violated the terms of my lease agreement in order to do so because the maintenance guy entered the apartment without notifying me first, and subsequently locked me out while this was happening. As a result I am moving out as quickly as I can. Would not recommend.
