The lease he read to us did not align with what he was telling us in person and we asked him to revise and continue with the lease signing later that same week. A day later he sends us an email with no explanation saying he is going to relist the apartment and WONT GIVE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. Our lease agreement states that the security deposit is non refundable if WE back out of the lease, NOT him. He refuses to speak with us and to this day we havent't received a cent of the $5000 deposit we gave him. THIEF. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Sounds like she's inviting me for a fight. I am a grown woman with a spouse and children. I do not fight. Not once was I rude I was simply asking questions that she seemed unable to answer. If that's the way you do business it isn't right. I feel attacked and threatened by your receptionist.
