DO NOT GO HERE. All the bad reviews are correct. They had a sign out for 'new ownership' so I figured I would give it a shot. When I walked in and asked about the new ownership, they said it wasn't actually and they are just running deals. (?) When I first got in the chair, she started attacking my cuticles without applying the cuticle cream stuff and I let her know it was hurting. She told me this is standard for them and kept going. Then she cut the nails in a way I know I am getting an ingrown toe nail. All the dirty calluses she scraped off she put back into the water with my feet in it still. Gross. The massage part was nice. She did a good job on that. The polish needed a lot of work so I pointed the flaws out and she told me I had a good eye and tried to fix. When it was finished, even with zero customers in the spa, they rushed me out and didn't let my nails dry. At the end, she critiqued my 20% tip?? Super odd. My husband complained I smelled bad when I got home. The spa was scented STRONGLY with chemicals and I guess it carried home with me. Don't go here. I hated it. read more

I'm only giving them one star because you have to leave a review. I have never in my life experienced such poorly done nails. I would never advise anyone to go there, nobody understands English or at least that's what they act like. I'm embarrassed to even be seen like this. Now I have to spend another $50.00 to get them done correctly. I would've refused to pay, but I was scared, really scared, just a group of Asians and me. I didnt have the time for them to call the police and wait for them to come. It's just a total nightmare. My sister did better than this when she was just studying to be a nail tech. The other people there you could obviously tell that the other two people there knew what she was doing , at one point exchanging eyeglasses with her. I don't even know if she had a licence. Umm... where do I begin? My friends and I had made an appointment at 3pm. We arrived and were instructed to sit in the massage chairs that already had water in them... gross. Then the lady was attempting to adjust the drain and sprayed potentially used foot water all over my friend. We then sat there until 3:25 until one person began to work on 1 out of 3 of us. She was doing a good job until she cut my cuticle open and then proceeded to rub her dirty glove in my cut in an attempt for me to not see the blood. She started doing the callus remover and once done, put it in the water my feet were in and forced my foot into the bath with my DEAD SKIN. Then she walked away and started helping another client who arrived 40 mins after we did. At this point it was 3:50pm. I then had to sit there for 20 mins until I had to ask if she could paint my toes because I was going to be late to work. Keep in mind I had 2 friends with me who haven't been serviced at all in the hour and 15 mins we've been here. This place is horrible, horrible service and hygiene. They are reasonably cheap because they aren't pros. Definitely can't do A French Tip design here . I DONT KNOW WHERE YALL GOT YOUR CERTIFICATES BUT I EVEN TIPPED AND MY TOES LOOK DECENT FROM AFAR NOT UPCLOSE . No nail clean up or nothing . So I'm picking up on the review . This place was close to home so I took a chance to get my gel polish changed on my toes. The lady used and dirty drill bits to remove my old gel polish, and literally burned every toe nail and surrounding skin. I have been in the beauty industry over 25 years so I have knowledge of what this experience and service procedure entails. The tech applied regular nail polish to both feet and then realized it wasn't gel polish, so now she needed to remove the polish and reprep. She got frustrated with what she was doing, and asked the other tech to fill the seat. She applied the color and had problems with the color peeling off my toes so she then had to remove the gel polish and decided to use a different lamp. She was doing the best she could. Most of the time, this service takes 45-60 minutes and I was at their shop for closer to 90. The ladies were friendly enough, and so was I but feel like they need more training in sanitation and application. They charged me $25. I don't see myself returning to the salon. Update: A few hours after I left I noticed that the gel still did not cure and was a bit mushy to the touch and peeled, it was definitely wet from the inside. I had no choice but to have my husband go buy me acetone so I can soak off the rest of the gel polish. read more

This was easily the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible and the nail techs were rude. My nails turned out AWFUL. I could have done them better myself. It took them almost 2 hours to do a horrible job and it did not seem like they knew what they were doing AT ALL. They messed up the shape and color of my nails and my nails turned out chunky and super thick and ugly. They kept making my friend and I switch places and one lady was watching the other one work instead of doing her own client. Do not come here!!! read more

I just got my nails done on short notice, my regular place was closed so i came here. my nails are decent but they are drastically different lengths. i would recommend deeperfection if you needs your nails done quick but maybe not as a regular thing. over all that though, the customer service was exceptional and they were very gentle with my hands. read more

Just got my nails done here for the first time and the other review was absolutely correct this place is awesome. Tyler did these nails today and I will absolutely be returning. The place was clean and didn't reek of chemical smells. Tyler and his mom were very friendly and had friendly conversation while my nails were being done. I got no cuts and no pain which I usually experience when getting a fill. I've also never had stiletto/pointy almond shape and I'm so glad tyler convinced me to get it because they look amazing! First and foremost, the technician argued to give me a manicure, which wasn't done right! She stated that taking off the dead skin and cuticles would hurt? She argued against my request and I had to ask her to push back my cuticles. When she actually agreed to the manicure she cut me intentionally and still did not execute the job. The pictures show the sloppy French manicure along with gel top layer all over my skin! I'd show you my toes but they're THAT bad! I'm very disappointed and do not recommend anyone go here if u value your dollars! Never coming back! My feet look terrible! It seemed liked the lady was rushing my feet the whole time, she cut me twice to the point where it was bleeding, and after she put the acrylic on it was uneven and even when I would Inform her she would brush it off saying she's not done and it will look better. Once finished I was sitting there for about 15mins thinking she was coming back to fix all the acrylic she left around my toes leaving it peeling off, I finally asked someone can they finish and she told me she was done and I asked can she at least fix the paint around my toes and she told me it will come off later with water. Gel Manicure was amazing. It was perfection. Fast, efficient and beautifully done. The guy who did mine was just pure fire. I am in love with how they turned out. I hadn't gone to any salon since February because of Ms Covid 19... Before that, this salon was my favorite because of the great service and work. I finally decided to bite the bullet and go support one of my favorite local businesses. I got a regular manicure $15, a $25 pedicure plus $5 for the sugar scrub. I did bring in my own gel polish for the pedicure because it's one of my favorite colors. The total came out to $60. I didn't question it until I got into my car. I went back in and politely asked for the prices of everything. The gentleman said the total was $45. I told him yeah I thought so too but I was charged $60. He then told me it was an additional $15 for the gel pedicure. I brought my own gel polish... I did not complain nor try to argue because with everything going on right now I honestly didn't want to add more to someone's plate. I left so disappointed. I had some cuts on my cuticles from where they cut a little too much. I did not feel like the price matched the service I received at all. I was happy to finally go back but after that experience I unfortunately will no longer be coming to this location. Walked reading masks required however all three employees including owner did not cover their noses. When I politely asked they woman who began my pedicure to pull up her mask she laughed at me. I took my girlfriend there 4 days ago, one nail broke off the very next morning, and another one just broke. Plus the paint chips all over. They don't listen to what you ask for at all, they argued with us for 20 minutes about the color we wanted, then charged us for repairing the nail that broke. There nails are cheap, not to mention that they chip really bad, and they're thin and they do not cure them properly at all, I will never go there again. Rude, terrible customer service read more

I don't think I'll be going back. I made a 4pm appointment for a mani, pedi and brow wax. Got there a few minutes before 4 and was taken to the wax room and left sitting there alone for 15 minutes. Someone finally came back and took me to a pedi chair instead. I selected the $25 pedi and she had me pick a color. She started the pedi and then left to help someone else. Came back and did a little and left again. She painted my nails with gel and I asked "is this the $25 pedi?" She said "pretty color." Maybe she didn't understand me and I just let it go. Got to the massage part (should've been 7 min) and it was a minute or two. Moved on to the mani. Asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up and nails filed, clear polish. The guy doing the mani did my cuticles and kept commenting on how bad they were. I agreed and explained that that's why I was there... it has been a year since my last mani due to covid. I asked twice for him to even out my nails and he said ok but they look awful. Different shapes, jagged edges. Again the massage was nothing - one tiny drop of lotion and a minute or so on each hand and it didn't even feel good due to how little lotion he used. He then did my clear polish and had me hold my hands by the fan. Said to wait a little bit and then I'm done. I reminded him that I was still waiting for my wax. He said he would tell someone. Waited 20 minutes or so and then he needed his table for someone else and asked me to leave. I told him again I was waiting for my wax. He took me back to the wax room and I sat there alone for 40 minutes before someone finally came in. She didn't seem to want to deal with me because she did a quick wax - didn't tweeze or trim like I asked. I tried to take the mirror to look at my brows and she wouldn't let go of it. I was so irritated and late (baby sitter waiting at home) that I didn't know what to do other than just get out of there. She rang me up at $70 -- not sure now $25 + $15 + 10 = $70 but I'm assuming they charged more for the gel I didn't ask for. I then presented the 15% coupon they texted me and she said ok $62. Not sure how that's 15% off since 15% of 70 is 10.50. Again, too irritated and in a hurry to say anything. Paid them and left. I am not a confrontational person but really wish I had complained while I was there. I am so frustrated. I rarely get a babysitter and this was my first time trying to pamper myself in a year.
