"How much would it cost to add my husband to my plan?" "Our office's monthly bill has not shown up; what should I do?" "Is maternity care covered under my plan?" I'm incredibly lucky that my employer provides great health coverage (a platinum package that employees don't pay anything for!) and even more fortunate that when I have a question, I can turn to Bay Area Benefits for answers. Their customer care is outstanding! My boss also deals directly with them and fully agrees they work hard to get us the best benefits at the best rate.
