As an avid running I was having all sorts of problems - my arm would go numb, my back would hurt sometimes, my knee would bother me... I began seeing Rick at Deer Valley Chiropractic around June/July 2019 due to some lower back pain. Seeing Rick has become part of my self-care routine. I am sure to make an appointment at the beginning of each month for an adjustment. I also see the massage therapist, Verne, once a month. If I miss a month, it has a huge impact. I was always afraid of chiropractic services but man, glad I gave it a try! The ladies are wonderful, always friendly and professional (shout out to Tiffany and Sharon ). Dr. Roberts and his staff are amazing! I was in a bad car accident in March 2018. I saw Dr. Roberts for an initial visit about a month after. I was in a lot of pain and was even experiencing neuropathy and migraines from the whiplash and concussion. He did a thorough initial visit with x-rays and analysis to really check on what was going on. It's been about three months and my back pain has improved tremendously and I have almost no headaches. They stay open late and being a commuter I can't always estimate the traffic on Hwy 4 so they have been SO incredibly flexible with the schedule.
