DO NOT GO HERE Employees have no idea how to set a tire on a wheel. I purchased two fronts from them. Come out to my truck the next morning and the tire is completely flat. Learned from a PROFESSIONAL that the tire wasn't set on the wheel correctly! The kid that did my wheels looked like he was 14! Please do not trust your vehicles with these people. Look them up on BBB WEBSITE you won't regret it. This place is ran by people who have no clue what they're doing. If you know any better go somewhere more reputable. Horrible Tire Shop!! RIP OFF SCAM!! I went to this place for years and referred a lot of people here, not after what happened. I purchased 4 new tires on a vehicle I hardly drive as I have my work vehicle. I had 2 of the 4 tires go bad within the first year, both tires ended up getting bubbles causing a vibration when driving (defective tire belt separation). I took in to Sun Devil Auto as a 2nd opinion because DV Tire said they just put on a new tire weight, Sun Devil brought me out to their bay area and shown me the defective tire while my car was up in the air (True Customer Service). The DV Tire Shop had the nerve to laugh at me after going back because I went to Discount Tire and paid to get good tires that were 4 times what I paid at Deer Valley Tire. My life and my kids lives are more important then CHEAP tires that DVT sells. I brought all 4 tires back to DV Tires with the under standing they were getting sent in for warranty verification. The Owner never called me back, I had to call in for months. Finally, the owner answered and told me the 4 tires were gone and they were only offering me $75 refund when I paid $341 and the tires barely had any mileage on them and 2 defective tires within that time frame. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! BEWARE because you will get what you pay for and the services along with it. read more

After picking up a small nail spike near the outer shoulder of my right rear tire (a difficult, and for some places, impossible fix), I stopped by the Tire Shop of their business. They got me in immediately and was able to patch the area for $10.00 (a great price, IMO). They also have new and used tires. When i need new tires, they'll be the first people I call. Unfortunately, unless I break down in their area, I won't be able to address the repair shop. They accept all major credit cards and cash. read more

Super quick, quality service for an affordable price on a Sunday afternoon, no less. What's not to love? They fixed the puncture hole on my tire in just a matter of minutes for only $10, when other shops like Firestone wouldn't touch it, or would've charged more than double. This tire shop always has good quality tires available. I've had my car towed to their location probably 5-7 times in the last two years. All four of my tires are from Deer Valley Tires. I like to support local small businesses but this place is a joke, not professional and doesn't care to have returning customers. Took my truck to them to have tires mounted and balanced, waited 2hrs and (they weren't busy) and paid $80 to have the job done wrong. Left their shop and as soon as I got on the 101 my truck was shaking so bad. Decided to go have my tire balance checked at Discount tire and they informed me that all of them were out of balance so i paid them to correct the job. When i went back to take up the issue with this shop and try to recoup the $40 i paid Discount Tire he didn't even care to attempt to make it right. Simply said "i could've easily corrected it so i can't help with any refund". If you could've easily corrected it then how come it wasn't that easy to get it right the first time? read more

The wait was long the lady in the front desk was too worried about facebook and her phone. They have no communication from the front desk lady and the illegal workers in the back. So waited longer than i was suppose to. Luckily i walked back there and check and the guy mentioned the cars been done for a while. If the workers in the back who work on your car actually hand your things back after they finish. Without you having to remind them. read more

Joke of a place. Dude said he would be with me and another gentleman that was waiting after he mounted the tires on this truck that was in the bay. Then after about 5 minutes he walks out with a thirst buster, gets in his car and leaves. 10/10 would never come back to this place if it was the only place with tires. read more

Deer Valley Tire Sales was going to be my new place to get tires but not after today. Went in on December 29th to get some tires (USED) ones and everything was fine couple days after I got them I noticed one of them was flat, first i thought i got a nail or something in it but no was just sold a bad tire that leaks air. So i called back today asking if they came with a warranty like most places do even on used tires, because no one should be sold a bad tire and the answer is no they don't come with a warranty but they did offer me to come back and pay them more money to try and fix a rotted tire they shouldn't of sold in the first place. So wont be coming back and advise any others looking to get used tires to find a another place because doesn't seem like they did a very good job inspecting them or if they even did at all! read more
