Let me tell you just how great these guys are. I was just out in Phoenix a few weeks ago on a solo road trip from the east coast. Was headed up to Flagstaff when I ran over something on the 101 on the way out of Phoenix. Within minutes my tire warning light came on and I pulled off at the next exit. The rear passenger side tire was completely flat. I pulled into a Meineke but they don't work on tires and suggested I go a block down the road to Diamond Tires (who they said is who they typically recommend to anyone in the area needing tire work). They filled the tire with air for me to get down there and the tire was basically flat again already once I pulled into Diamond. Immediately, Jay greeted me and was extremely friendly and offered me a water as it was already getting quite hot out. Turns out I had a metal spike in the tire that was quite large which is why it wasn't holding air at all and unfortunately meant it was too big to patch it. The guys switched it out with my spare and I bought a used one from them to go where the spare was. All of this took maybe 20 minutes, it was amazing! I have to say I don't think I've ever been helped that fast at any auto repair shop ever and they were super nice guys as well! The only regret I have is that I don't live in Phoenix so that I can use these guys again. I was there alone and don't know anyone in Phoenix and this could have potentially been a pretty stressful experience, but these guys came through and got me rolling again almost immediately. I got a flat tire on Deer Valley Rd and pulled off onto N 21st Ave. As i started attempting to change my tire the gentlemen from RS Auto Arts Auto Body Paint & Repair saw me and came out to help me put my donut on. They told me there was a tire shop right next door that had great pricing and great workers. I drove the 100 ft over to Diamond Tires & Auto Repairs where they instantly rushed over to me to see what I needed. They put a new tire on for me in the matter of minutes. I even got a used tire which looked good as new at the price of around $40. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a car issue. Their service was immaculate and they never tried to scam me into anything else. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of car maintenance. read more

I went into Diamond Tire because I felt a little vibration coming from the rear right of my vehicle after my tire went flat . After putting some stop leak in it and airing it up it still had a shimmy . I explain this to them and instead of just replacing the tire, he fully inspected it and the other tires , found a screw in the tire , plugged it , balanced it, and aired up all of my tires . Rather than just replacing the tire, he spent time to troubleshoot the issue and recommended I drive on it to test it before doing a full replacement. The service was exceptional . The price was very fair for the service . This is the only place I will go back to if I need tire service or Auto repair. read more
