A few months later the lower engine cover fell down. When i looked at it most of the screws had fallen out and the rest were only finger tight. I then checked the trans fluid and it was black. I called a few other shops and they said you must flush this model 3 to 4 times because most of the fluid is in the torque converter.I went to chapman to speak to Ryan. I told about the cover falling off and what should have been done. I was just trying to help his guys but he took exception and told me to find another shop from now on.
