I'm reading the reviews and I'm shocked!! Dr. Pike is the most caring dentists that I have EVER known!! Both my Son and Husband have been patients for several years now, and I'm currently a patient. For everyone who says that she is only in it for the money, are seriously lost in their concept of running a business. You don't go out for dinner and short your bill even if the wine wasn't your favorite year. As with any business, you need your patrons to pay. I know that Dr. Pike will set up payment arrangements if required! My in-laws were here from India visiting. My Mother in law's bridge broke, not only did Dr. Pike repair it, she didn't even charge us!!!! Tell me again how she is greedy and money hungry?? I had a wisdom tooth pulled, by another dentist, Dr. Pike got wind that I was in pain and came to my home to give me some homeopathic medicine, again, not charging!!! That is when I changed dentists!!! I needed some work done, and everything was priced out and very clear to understand. When my temporary crown broke, I was in the office and they were replacing it! Nothing additional was added to my bill. Now, if Dr. Pike was really as bad as everyone claims she is, then she would certainly be out of business instead of GROWING! This is another update to the drama with Dr. Pike! After my run in with Dr.Pike I moved on but my wife wanted to give it a chance! well that went to hell in a hand basket. She had an up coming app. for a cleaning Apr 20th, was asked if she planned to keep the appointment? She said yes! Two days later she got a text message saying that they didn't think it was going to work and told her she needed to move on and find treatment elsewhere. finally she got into another office and they, Dr Pike, texted her and said your files are sent over and we will miss you! This is after they told her to go somewhere else. This was after her training student bent her dentures and Drpike fixed them and charge my wife over two hundred dollars to fix them. Do yourself a big favor and stay away, she doesn't see patients, she sees dollar signs. read more

This place is a nightmare; very expensive and very difficult to communicate with. Not good with children that are afraid of the dentist. The front desk or office manager has the worst attitude and is not personable, she makes up excuses. Quality of service is poor they will say you have something wrong to report and unless you get a second opinion you are out hundreds of dollars read more

I LOVE dr. Pike! My 9 year old son sees her as well. She has done procedures for me and not charged. She has worked with me for paying. I get extremely stressed about coming to the dentist and I've had a lot of work done by her and she is the ONLY dentist I will come to. She always makes sure I am comfortable! read more

Very bad experience. They gave xrays to my child when I was out of the room, after telling me none were due. Dr. is very nice on the surface, but when I raised a concern, she became very unprofessional and dishonest. Constant staff turnover is not a good sign either. You see different people every time you're there. Stay away! read more

Caused unnecessary pain and suffering to my child. Overcharged for services that they said my insurance did not cover then charged my insurance. Double dippers. Tried to tell me that my son needed a filling on his baby teeth, when I got a second opinion they said it was not necessary. Stay away!!! read more

We are senior citizens living on social security My husband paid $1,500 to them towards replacing a tooth or a denture he had not decided what he wanted to do and then he decided not to do it but we can't get our $1,500 back because they sent it somewhere else without authorization. I'm very disappointed $1,500 is a lot of money for retirees we will not be going back to Deerfield dentistry. read more

Best dentist experience I've had! I haven't gone in over ten years and get very anxious about the dentist. The customer service right as you walk in the door is outstanding. They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything. I have upcoming appointments scheduled and am so less stressed about them than I would've been. Above and Beyond, a local dentist with top notch skills My littlest had a cavity and as a worried mom, I wanted it addressed ASAP. We were unable to be seen promptly by our dentist...and Dr. Pike's team got us right in. She was extremely thorough, and we uncovered more than expected. Her primary concern was comfort, and making sure she built rapport with my son. He was seen, examined and "fixed" right then. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. Dr. Pike called later that night to "check-in" and I really appreciated that effort. I would highly recommend this provider. read more

I would never recommend Dr. Tracy Pike to anyone. I was ripped off for items that were never done! I have worked in a professional capacity my entire working career, and was shocked that she operates her practice the way she does. I have to agree with other people who posted comments, in that, this woman does only care about money first, and not the patient! I was told by two people that this practice is in the process of closing because so many patients are leaving and going elsewhere. No wonder! If I could rate her with zero stars I would!!! read more

I have to say my review isn't close to what I've read here but my experience was extreme opposite. I needed full dentures and had to have 12 removed! They kept me completely comfortable, payment arrangement for the work that insurance would not pay for and this was a huge savings, she billed me for 5 and it only came in a 3 hours, now this is a bonus because she credited almost $2000!!! They made me comfortable throughout surgery and asked repeatedly if I was okay on pain too. Great work start to finish. read more

Tracey Pike is a very unprofessional care provider. My mother left this place in tears because the dentist came out into the waiting room, in front of other patients, to tear into her about being $100 short on cash at the time of service, and would not take a check for the remaining balance. Tracey Pike humiliates her patients, and only cares about money. A person like this should not be trusted to provide quality care for patients. read more

Dr Pike was my dentist for around 12 years and the worst one I had. The office would call and ask me to come in and see her that day, I'd get there and she wouldn't be there. This happened on multiple occasions. Very rude and unprofessional there. read more
