It's a delicate balance and Generations seems to know how to keep it. Most of the stuff I saw was in great shape, not outdated garbage and very reasonably priced. We scored a nicely framed vintage poster for about $40. It looked like most of the tag dates were fairly fresh, so stock turns fast here. If you see something you like, snap it up because it will probably be gone! In terms of "good stuff", pricing and general atmosphere, Generations is far better than both Chattel Changers and Legacies.

Really shameful, but I guess that's how it is now. Customer service no longer exists.

I went here yesterday and let me say the staff really made me uncomfortable. As soon as I got in…read morethe store there were just a bunch of staff around me, the first few isles I went to, the same few people would be in the next isles very obviously just pretending to work. As I continued shopping there would be employees that would come over and put things on the racks and just reach over me/my cart without even a simple "excuse me". There was even a young man (he was an employee as well) that just walked in my face to get a hanger I guess, but didn't say excuse me or sorry after completely violating my personal space. After this I looked around a bit more then went to check out shortly after, and the same young man comes from the back and tells the other person at the register to leave, he then checks me out and instead of folding all of the clothes I had he just threw them all on the counter leaving me to fold them, and when I folded the clothes to put in my bag he threw them back in the unorganized pile he created. I had a good amount of clothes I won't lie but you're working in retail there are some things that you know you're supposed to do like fold the goods the customer is buying especially because Goodwill does not provide bags. Honestly, I love this specific store they typically have a good selection of items, but this experience made me very uncomfortable and I am unsure if I would EVER select this store again because of this experience.

I don't mind paying reasonable prices for electronics and speaker but what's going on here is just greed and borderline scam. I was offered that I could return the speakers if they didn't work which is unusual. But I also paid pretty much double what the speaker is worth. Smh. For items they pay nothing for they can and should do better. Sad I used to like this goodwill. Msy have to rethink my patronage in the future.

Bakery is decent, but nothing to go here special for. Constantly out of mainstream products. And I'm not talking about Covid related hoarde items. Busy as could be yesterday. 2 checkout lanes open. Guess what Walmart, not all of us want to sit and scan dozens of items at self checkout. You have multiple people overseeing self checkout that could easily just check us out much faster than we can ourselves. Self checkout is a joke. It means you do not care about customer service, because most tolerate it rather than prefer it. The absolute worst part is they removed all chairs & benches, inside and out, so if you happen to be elderly or disabled and have to wait for a taxi or other ride, you just get to stand out in the cold. They've taken precautions way too far. Think I'm done shopping at this location.

The lower prices on many items make more than up for it. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had any problems. that (One reviewer mentioned that Costco does not always have something in stock that the person likes/wants. And yes. I get hooked on some of their stuff as well. But from what I understand, Costco only keeps stocking/buying items that they can sell at their prices, and that are bought by enough people. So what is available has always somewhat changed/rotated. I still miss the Mori-Nu tofu. But unfortunately, any store is not going to keep something in stock just for me and mayby a handful of other people.)
