Even when he was a crying 3 year old, scared to be in the water alone. They were always so patient and kind. Make-up classes are available if you miss a class and always easy to schedule. I'm furious right now because I paid $20 to do some laps but there are multiple families with kids. There's no room in the pool. If are interested in coming here to do laps please look elsewhere. It's not cheap to use the pool and they don't limit how many people use it during open swim. If you have young kids and don't mind sharing the pool with multiple other families then it's perfect. If you want to use the pool for doing laps, exercise, or rehabilitation DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If this place was smart they'd allot more time for people who want to use the pool to swim laps. I'm more than happy to spend $20 to do laps for 30-40 minutes but I refuse to pay that while the pool is jammed with little kids and families. Please make some sort of effort to state (on your website) if you want to use the pool for swimming laps it's not going to happen during open swim.

I interviewed several companies, but when I met with Bill, I immediately knew that he understood what I hoped to accomplish. I shared my ideas and he took them and kicked them all up a notch. He has a very creative eye and is tremendously knowledgeable. He was flexible and extremely responsive to any feedback I provided. I had a totally barren side yard with a glaring septic system and generator. Bill installed a wonderful curving bluestone walkway, enhanced by impressive rock and stones artfully placed, and filled in with beautiful plantings, many of which provide four season enjoyment. An area of my yard that used to make me cringe now fills me with joy each time I walk down the path. Bill replaced my standard concrete driveway with a masterpiece of pavers that is totally unique and truly captured everything that I was hoping for. And then some. I even asked for a compass rose in my walkway, which was artfully installed. Bill Smith doesn't walk away when the job is done. A few tweakings here, a few nudgings there. He continues to promptly respond to any concerns I have, such as most recently a chipped paving stone. Bill takes extreme pride in his work. And I take extreme pride in the work Bill and his Site Specific crew performed in my yard. Drive by yourself at Ocean Boulevard and East Highland Avenue to see the outstanding job they did. They were responsive and flexible in a demanding project, and, Bill, being an artist in landscape himself, really accentuated the statue to maximum effect. People were stopping to compliment the work before it was even completed. If they can do this on a highly visible public project imagine what they can do on your project. Highly recommend them!
