Great customer service! Bryan (and somebody else back there) worked on my vehicle. He went over the diff options with me and the facility provides tactile examples on how the heat feels with the diff tints they offer. It was pretty cool. Bryan helped me choose the best tint for me, they had beverages, and he gave me updates on the status of my vehicle. Had a fantastic experience this past weekend with Defender Films and our salesman Aldo! It has been 10+ years since I bought a car and of course this new car needed passenger and side tint to match the rest of the car. I was out of knowledge in terms of different types of tint, UV Rays, etc. Aldo explained everything to us so that we can make an informed decision. My car was in and out under two hours. There is a nice area with seating (and cold drinks!) if we needed to wait, also many food options in the area (Dutch Bros, Don Tortaco, etc). They actually fit my husbands truck in the same day to get tinted, talk about service! I am considering getting my car ceramic coated since that Las Vegas sun does not give any mercy. And you feel the difference right away especially out here in vegas heat my car cools down faster and the AC doesn't have to fight as hard Yuliana is always super friendly too and makes it easy to get taken care of without it feeling like a sales thing If you're shopping for tint and comparing places this is what I wish more people knew. Ask what kind of film it is carbon vs ceramic matters a lot. Ceramic is what actually helps with heat not just making the windows darker. Also make sure it's 99% UV protection and ask about the warranty because some shops don't really stand behind it They explained the shade options without pushing me into something and told me what to expect during curing so I wasn't worried about it looking a little hazy at first. Yuliana at the reception was very kind and informative. She was extremely helpful and forgiving when I wasn't too sure about what I really wanted. She also offered me a chair to sit as I waited while the couch they had was used by other patrons. The waiting area has a water dispenser as well as a mini fridge stocked with bottles of water, Gatorade, and cans of Coca Cola and Sprite Maribel and Alex worked on my car and they did an amazing job. I was originally quoted a service time of 4 hours but they were done in under 3. Maribel even pointed out a blemish in the tint when it was really a chip in the glass. She redid the tint on that section with ease I can't wait to surprise my family with the new upgrade to our family car. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family read more
