There was no pressure when it came to choosing tints however i did end up going with the higher quality one just due to my commute and I know how brutal summers can be here especially when my place of employment doesn't have covered parking. About 2 weeks ago I had my two front car windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rest of my car and they did a great job matching the color so the windows all seamlessly match. I waited to post my review because I wanted to make sure about the quality. I am extremely pleased with the tint job! There are no bubbles or trapped dirt. The windows are smooth and beautiful and definitely cut down the Vegas heat! I waited in their lobby for about 2 hours for my car to be done. Shout out to Trish! She is such a great person at the front desk. She rechecked the tint percentage to make sure the match was correct and it was. She was so friendly and personable to the in-person customers and very pleasant and knowledgeable when on the phone. Disappointing. I got my car tinted here in January 2025 and things have been perfect but I just brought my wife's car here to get tinted on 6/18 and they messed up her car. Big deep scratch in the windshield. Scratches on the passenger side. Rear bumper all scratched up. This is a new car with less than 400 miles on it. None of this was here before obviously. I brought my brand-new BMW in to get the windshield tinted, and I left feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointed. Before any work was done, the man at the front desk started talking about his "coaching" services and came from behind the counter to demonstrate how to escape a hair pull -- using me as the example. As a married woman, this completely caught me off guard. I tried to laugh it off at the time to avoid making a scene, but it made me feel uncomfortable and violated. That kind of physical interaction is wildly inappropriate in a professional setting, especially with a female customer. After the tint was applied, I later noticed what looked like a one-inch scratch on my windshield -- something I was never told about before they did the work. When I asked about it, they showed me a photo taken two hours after I dropped the car off, but no one contacted me or disclosed the damage before applying the tint. Now that the tint is on, it complicates verifying the damage or getting it addressed -- especially since BMW may now blame the tint. To make matters worse, I also found scratches on my trunk that were not there prior. This is a brand-new car with less than 500 miles on it. I've barely had it for 3 weeks and have hardly driven it. I dropped it off in pristine condition. I don't know if they wiped it improperly or leaned something against it, but the damage is real -- and the lack of communication is unacceptable. On top of all this, the tint itself wasn't even done properly -- I noticed bubbles on the passenger seat right away. For a shop claiming to handle high-end vehicles, this kind of sloppy work is just unacceptable. Their response was defensive, careless, and dismissive. When you handle luxury vehicles, you're expected to treat them -- and your customers -- with respect. That didn't happen here. I won't be returning, and I would never recommend this shop to anyone expecting professionalism, communication, or basic respect. On the first of 2025 I had a partial front PPF bra, mirror caps, and door sills installed on my new SUV which pushed an estimate of around $1800. When I initially picked up my vehicle, I noticed numerous corners were noticeable lifting, some of the PPF had creases or damage. I brought it to their attention, and they stated they would correct it but not that day. I had to bring it in for another full day of installation. When I picked it up again some of the corners were fixed and I could tell they just re-laid the same damaged PPF. They stated it needed to stay out in the heat to repair the PPF and set the corners. After waiting the whole summer nothing has changed. Poor quality, poor installation and poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop for clear bra installs. read more

My window tint tore just 8 days after installation, and they wouldn't do anything to help the situation. Claimed I used "excessive force" - why would I do that to my brand new car? Good quick service, car looks great now that it's tinted. Price from the quote was just for the lowest trim of tint, different grades of tint weren't discussed during emails or calls. Quote also didn't include labor. Expect a bit more than the quoted number, in the range of $20. Randy informed me of the tiers, but didn't pressure me to get a higher trim package. I wouldn't suggest the higher levels of tint, even here in Vegas - the lowest package is more than sufficient. I think the heat lamp is a bit of a trap. I ended up getting the windshield strip, this left my windshield with lots of nasty residue that wasn't cleaned off prior to driving off the lot. My only true complaint. Got our 2017 Honda Pilot tinted and has hella edges untinted with light shining through. I know most shops print the window shapes these days, but there should still be some hand cut solution if the print size ain't working. Long story short, I was left with more than 5 windows with edges n crevices not fully tinted. It seems $500+ doesn't cover all the windows. Gotta find a new tint shop now. Response to "Business Manager": added pic to show I "was" a customer (a returning customer at that). But I'll ask for you and see what you can do to rectify the issue. read more

BE AWARE They cracked my new 2024 car windshield. I picked up my car at 3:30pm. By the time I got home at 4:30pm, I saw something reflecting in the windshield. I used a flash light and saw a crack. The crack was inside the windshield. They closed at 4:30pm, so I couldn't contact them the same day. I went back the next and spoke to the general manager. He showed me the photos of my car before I left the shop. I saw a line/crack on the windshield. He rebutted and said that was a reflection from the background.
