Went here for the first time because I needed to work remote in Parker for a few hours, and this is a lovely new coffee shop with a very nice staff. I had a peanut butter latte and quiche, both were very good. They had nice ambient music playing and great seating for remote work. I also saw people relaxing and reading books. Delicious coffee!! We discovered Deja Brew recently and are here almost once a week. Iced lattes are our favorites and they make their own syrups. Don't forget to add their soft top (cold foam) with a flavor. So far vanilla and caramel are the ones we've tried and both are yummy! They have milk alternatives too. Saw this online so had to come and try it. We tried 2 Sundays ago but they are close on Sundays just FYI. I really thought all the flight was premix and will be overly sweet. I was so wrong ! They made every glass right after you order, they are currently service a bday flight since is their 1 year birthday! All the drinks were perfectly flavored, not overly sweet at all! Low-key don't wanna say anything cause I don't want anyone else to know... BUT Loved it. It wasn't busy when I was there which was nice of course, but even if it was - the atmosphere is relaxed. Good music playing and while the interior is a bit "girly", it's so pretty and well put together. The baristas there were great and explained what they had. House made syrups and coffee flights?!?! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in today at 1:55 not knowing they closed at 2. No one was at the front, I had my money out and was ready to order a coffee when the employee, ( dark haired young girl) came out from the back. I said I'd like to order a coffee but first I'd like to use the bathroom. She paused and said," I could only use the bathroom if I was going to buy a coffee." Then she said and by the way, we close in 5 minutes in case you were going to sit and relax. I had no plans of sitting with my coffee and relaxing. It's def a shop designed for coffee lovers and the staff is very friendly so if you've got the time, dine in. Their coffee is so fresh! As if they grew the beans and harvested them on the spot.
