Tacos Los Huevones has moved into the parking lot of the stables where I board my horse. What a great addition with its 8am - 8 pm hours for those of us who can spend all day with our riding partners. I promise the stars are not for the location but for everything else. Food...tacos al pastor and Carne asada torta were amazing. The truck is squeaky clean with tables and umbrellas to dine on, and the owners are very nice and thrilled to be in this location. I can't wait for a breakfast burrito on a morning ride, and for those who know equestrians, there are platters to take home for dinner in case you forgot the time. read more

The smothered chorizo breakfast burrito was very good, but the green chile is extremely spicy for anyone that doesn't have a high spice tolerance. My husband got 2 asada tacos that were a bit chewy. I ordered 2 al pastor tacos and was super bummed. Hardly any meat that was on the dry side. I ordered them with no onion and was expecting cilantro but they were plain. I'm LOVING this place and I can't believe I haven't found it sooner. My boyfriend and I tried it after finding it on Yelp about three days ago, and we've been back every day since lol. My boyfriend got the barbacoa burrito and he absolutely loves it, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it. Me PERSONALLY, the carnitas are the besttttttt! So flavorful, seasoned so well. Their rice and beans are top tier I just can't stop thinking about this burrito and unfortunately I can't eat one everyday because one, who has the funds for that and two, I'm trying to start my healthy journey lmao. If you've ever seen when Harry met Sally, then just know I almost had an out of body experience eating these tacos. I got the brisket and shredded beef tacos. My partner got the chicken quesadilla- which I normally don't agree with, but I tried it and damn that was good too. I live in the neighborhood nearby and have been wanting to stop by since they parked their truck. It did not disappoint. I got three different tacos and brought them home. The Al pastor, suadero, and campechana were each amazing. The salsas are flavorful and not overpoweringly spicy. I'm looking forward to trying everything in the menu. Hidden gem in Parker, CO I have tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to find something that doesn't taste delicious. Amazing flavor and the perfect amount of spice and heat.
