To start Panax ginseng is red and does not originate in America. They are selling Panax quinquefolius(American ginseng). Though similar in some aspects they do not contain the same active constituents i.e. ginsenosides. They also differ in their medicinal uses. One Big Mac meal, one McRib meal plus an extra McRib, two cheeseburgers, and a McFlurry. We noticed the burgers were missing after we pulled away. Normally it wouldn't be a hassle to just go back and request a replacement. However, we we're on our way out of town, so that wasn't an option.
