At the end of my appointment when I realized I did not get the look/feel I asked for, I specifically asked if corrections could be made, including adding the longer, fuller lashes I had originally wanted. I was told that could not be done. At that point, I believed the problem was purely cosmetic. It wasn't until I sought a second opinion that I learned there were much more serious concerns. The technician who evaluated my lashes found significant issues with the isolation and adhesive application. The lashes could not be corrected or filled--they had to be completely removed less than 24 hours after getting them on. The amount of adhesive used required an extreme amount of chemical remover, and the technician documented the condition of the lashes with photographs. Based on what she observed, she advised me to request a refund due to the glue being "cemented" on, poor isolation techniques, and large chunks of glue being left on. What I find most concerning is that despite contacting Lori almost immediately, despite having the lashes on for less than 24 hours, despite needing a full removal, and despite documented concerns from another professional, I was still denied a refund. Once another professional assessed the work, it became clear the lashes needed to be removed entirely rather than "fixed." No client should have to pay for a service, then pay another professional to completely remove that service less than a day later because of concerns with the application. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility when those mistakes are brought to your attention is what ultimately prompted me to leave this review. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

He is autistic and nonverbal, and sensory experiences can be very challenging for him. The technician was absolutely incredible. She was so gentle, patient, and intuitive. Before doing anything, she would show him first: she put lotion on her own arm and let him touch it, then slowly introduced it to him. She tested the temperature of the warm towel on his wrist so he could feel it safely before wrapping his legs with it. She narrated each step in such a calm and reassuring way. She never rushed him and followed his comfort level the entire time. Because of her approach, he was able to stay calm and relaxed throughout the experience, which is a huge milestone for us. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and professionalism. This meant so much to me as a parent. We will definitely be coming back!

There was an older woman that went between speaking to me and another worker in her native language to the point where I thought it would be the person she was talking to doing my nails. It was not. I sat in the chair and she didn't make conversation with me at all. She only spoke to the other workers and ordered them around when someone came in. This would have been an issue if my service had been done right. I asked for the basic gel pedicure. Clipping my toenails she got too far and clipped some skin and I said OW and yanked my foot back and later on she did it to the other side as well. She wasn't too apologetic and kept working. She went to clip around my toe nails to trim any dead skin and pulled off too much to the point where after I left the salon and looked down my toe was bleeding a bit. What really is the cherry on top for me was that the same night my paint on my pinky toe is coming off. It lasted about 6 hours... I'll not be coming here anymore because for $68 I would like for my pedicures to stay on and didn't appreciate the roughness on my feet. I'll go back to my home salon in fishers even though it is a farther drive.
