4 stars. I've been here twice now, and I've been pleased with my experience both times. Raymond is a hoot! He's incredibly friendly and just seems like a genuinely cool person. I've had both a pedicure and a gel manicure, and I was happy with each service. The salon is very clean, and the tools appeared to be freshly sanitized and newly prepared for each customer, which I really appreciated. One piece of advice: make an appointment. They take appointment times seriously, and you'll be glad you planned ahead. I've been a walk-in both times. The only minor hiccup I experienced was during my recent manicure. Raymond paused my service when his scheduled appointment arrived, and I had to wait for another technician to finish my nails. I was a little irritated because I was on a tight schedule, but they handled it professionally, and the technician who completed my manicure did a great job. In the end, it all worked out. And....you can leave your tip on your credit card! I absolutely love that convenience. read more

My sister and I went in for pedicures. One Spa with gel ($54) and one Organic with regular ($45). Both experiences were good and we are happy with the outcome of the color and finished looked. I requested extra help with my big toes and he did great providing relief! He also did a deep leg and foot massage. The atmosphere was relaxed and positive on a Tuesday afternoon. Got these done a week ago and they're already chipping and lifting off. I got DIP on my natural nail and had a photo for inspiration. I was charged $70 for dip on my regular nail + removal of previous dip (not including tip). Not super impressed and disappointed considering I typically pay much less anywhere else I've been in the Indy area. I was there for at least 2 hours and was hoping to also get a pedicure, however they were closing by the time I was finished up. Personally I won't be back, but they were nice! My cousin also came and said she had the best pedicure of her life - I would recommend getting that if you come here. read more

I really enjoy my services here. I got a pedicure and the dip nails. They looked great when the first got finished. The next day the dip on one of my Nails chipped off. The top clear coat started to chip on my nails as well. When I tried to go get it fixed they told me they were too busy and could not help me. The workers are friendly but not very helpful. I didn't expect for a $50 service to look so rough after two days. I was disappointed that they could not squeeze me in before I went out of town to fix their mistakes. The pedicure was nice tho. I went here based on other reviews of coming in and being able to show a picture of what was wanted since I rarely get my nails done. I was super thankful to be able to do that as it would make the experience quick and seamless. No one would help me based on the picture, no one would help me based on saying I want a neutral beige. I was told I'd just have to find it myself on the samples without help; however, the samples don't match the actual color so it is extremely difficult to do. Example, I saw a dusty beige and it came out bright pink. If you're someone who gets your nails done often, and not just once in awhile for special events, this may be a decent place for you. It would be good for people who get to try various colors that don't match the sample until you find one you like. I was hoping to find my new nail place but based on the lack of help, and the colors being nowhere near the samples, I will be continuing my search. read more

I love when I can show a picture to my nail tech and I get even better results! For the pedicure, I chose the organic pedicure and it DID NOT disappoint. It was amazing! This is my new favorite nail spot!!! I came in for a pedicure and was taken back by the level of customer service at this place. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They did everything in their power to make sure I was not only comfortable but enjoying the experience. White & Red Wine, soft music playing, they turned on the massage chair for me as well. I was in heaven. The tech took his time and really did an exceptional job on my toes despite me showing up an hour before close.. Stopped in for two pedicures this weekend and I think I found my new go to nail salon! With so many nail salons in this area I always struggle to find one I would go to again. I randomly found this place on Yelp and it was one of the few opened on Sundays. I called the day before to see about making an appointment and they were able to fit us in right as they opened Sunday morning. You check in when you walk in and then you pick your color. We were seated within 5 minutes of being there and you get complimentary beverages. The nail techs were super sweet and did a great job on our pedicures! I also feel like their prices were very reasonable for the area. We will definitely be back in the future! read more

I started looking for a new nail salon when I moved to Fishers. I was driving to my old salon in Lawrence but they have raised prices several times recently, so it made the drive no longer worth it. Paradise is across the street so I gave it a try. I was glad I did! The prices were on point with most other places, both techs were extremely friendly. They were patient while I was picky about my color choices. The atmosphere was quiet and calm - even on a Saturday. The pedi felt fantastic, I got the deluxe so that I got the callus removal. The good: they have online reservations and a lot of color varieties, and do offer drinks while you get your nails done, and the technicians are licensed. Now the reason why I'm only giving a three (but, really, should be 2). My two friends and I made a reservation online for 3 gel manicures and even called to confirm it was for 3 people, at 5pm on a weekday. We went, two of us were seated right away and my other friend was seated, but her technician wasn't there. My other friend and I started our manicures and were thinking the third would arrive shortly. WRONG. We were done with our nails and one of the technicians was now ready to do my other friend's nails. I don't know about other people, but when I make a reservation for 3 people, it's supposed to be for 3 people at the same time. We would be understanding if they at least explained whether there was a shortage in staff or something had come up, but they wouldn't even explain why my other friend wasn't getting her nails done nor anything at all. My friend ended up not getting her nails done. But aside from the lack of communicating, my nails were sloppily painted. The sides were not colored at all so my nails are all 3/4 painted. They have a lot of colors to chose from, but, were not very helpful in picking colors. I wanted a neutral pink-white color, and all they could tell me is to look at the color swatches. The color I picked isn't bad, but definitely looks different then how it looked on the swatch. Overall, I wish we had a better experience. But we will have to search for another place. read more

This was my first time ever getting a mani pedi. Everyone at Paradise Nails was really friendly and professional. I got an Organic Pedi. It was really nice. My feet were soaked in a salt solution. Both oils and lotions were applied. There was also a massage with hot rocks. Hot towels were also applied while my nails were trimmed/filed, and my feet were filed. I got gel polish applied to both my toenails and fingernails. They keep everything really clean, and line the bowls that your feet soak in with plastic for easy cleaning in between clients. I had an appointment, but they do take walk ins. It was a really nice experience, and I don't have to hide my hands and feet anymore. LOL! read more

It was painful and I had to have the girl stop. I stated a fill should last at least 6 months. She was trying to say like a dip it should come off. I felt like I was getting gouged.
