The owner, Veronica, was very professional & personable when she explained the step-by-step process before she started. She also provided me coffee and champagne as I waited between her prep time of doing lashes & getting my back facial. She was so helpful & patient with me when I did not understand what she said. (I am hard of hearing ) she made sure she faced me & allowed me to read her lips while I had my hearing aids out. I was so relaxed & fell asleep in both sessions. I highly recommend going there. Instead, I get a call and text message the day the appointment was supposed to be, which I already had canceled two-three days earlier via their email confirmation system, telling me she did not receive my cancellation notice because some how they do not received the responses from their email confirmation system and to only cancel by text or call. How in the 21st century do you not get responses from a email confirmation system your company uses??? They must live in the dark ages still, total BS!!!! Then she tried to charge me a cancellation fee because of this. I refused, she then made me pay $99.99 deposit on Christmas Day for my lash fill appointment the next weekend, which I said I would just pay in full when I come next. I also have text message proof of this whole conversation and transaction. When I went in that day for my lash refill, she again said it was not a deposit but a cancellation fee and tried to make me pay full price for the lashes. I again refused, and said with my $99.99 deposit that I had to pay on Christmas Day and with what I owed left and tip for Kate (who is a absolutely wonderful person that actually did my lashes) was $79. She eventually took it after arguing with me over the phone and after hanging up on me. I told her that at that exact moment I was never coming back and to close my account. I also said she did not have any more authorization to use my credit card again after that day. And now here we are and it is February and I am still getting charged for a membership that I canceled and are not receiving service for. I am contacting corporate for Amazing Lash and reporting this woman and her business. She will also not return my phone calls either. So I had to cancel my debit card to get her from stop charging it and report fraud to my credit union about this place to get my money back, which I should have never been charged for in the first place. So anyone looking for getting lashes put on, think twice about this place and find a place that is more reputable and won't steal your hard earned money.

I was looking for a new salon and wanted to try Gel X nails. I found Nails So Happy via Google…read moresearch and made an appointment online. I received a phone call shortly before from who I assume is the owner to let me know that the person selected wasn't there but they could either reschedule for tomorrow or someone else could fill in. I love that they called and I didn't just walk into a surprise. When I walked in the owner greeted me and was very kind and attentive. The salon is very clean and the music was not loud and unpleasant. I got a collagen pedicure first which was heavenly! My feet feel brand new! Then I got a full set of Gel X nails. I believe Lin was the lady that attended me and she was very sweet and gentle on my nails. It took us awhile with the language barrier to get the right look, but she was so accommodating and did whatever made me happy. Needless to say I am obsessed with my nails and my family's been raving about them.
