Then I saw the reviews for Dr. Belnap on Yelp & lo and behold he was able to fit me in the week I returned . After looking at x rays of my shoulder and back from years ago & examining me he sent me to get an MRI . I was relieved it was an MRI and not a CAT scan as they have been shown to increase your chances of getting cancer. The MRI place he recommended was able to get me in for the next week.. my co-pay was under $100 for my back and my shoulder . Soon after this I saw Dr. Belnap again & he gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder and some medication which helped greatly . A few months later the same in my back ! Last year I somehow hurt my back so badly I could barely walk. Once again, he was able to fit me in quickly and gave me an injection, which helped somewhat. However, it was Christmas holidays and I was going away for a special celebration and my back couldn't handle it. He was able to fit me in during the holiday season quickly, gave me an epidural and I was able to go and be fine. he's very caring and and we'll do whatever he can to help.

I understand that insurance logistics can be complicated, but I would have appreciated at least being offered the option to self-pay, especially since I know the office has offered Botox as a self-pay treatment before. I respect Dr. Sachi and the care provided, but I hope the communication and patient experience on the administrative side improves so other patients don't have a similar experience.

When I called to purchase my final 4 SoftWave treatments, I was told the pricing structure had changed and they would not honor the previous pricing. Even more frustrating, I was informed that I could not use my remaining chiropractic visits because they were required to be used together with the original package. This was never explained to me when I made the purchase, and I wasn't informed of it until I tried to schedule. Unfortunately, the office always felt disorganized. While there was a young man at the front desk who was consistently friendly and professional, my interactions with the billing department were often unpleasant and unwelcoming. I have good insurance coverage for chiropractic care, so I requested superbills for both my chiropractic and SoftWave treatments to submit and see if either might be covered. The office provided these without issue each time I asked. In the end, SoftWave wasn't covered, but it was worth trying. Fast forward a year: I called to inquire about their current SoftWave pricing packages and was shocked when I was told there was a note in my file stating that they would no longer treat me because I had submitted the bills to my insurance company, which they claimed was against their policy. This was the first time I had ever heard of such a policy. I was honestly stunned. First, I was denied the ability to use services I had already paid for, and now I'm being refused treatment altogether. I did 75 minutes reflexology and added on tiger balm on my neck to help with my headache. It helped so much! I really appreciate Jesse. She is especially good on feet and legs. Grateful for this place and for their consideration in managing to get me in with my favorite!
