When I found exactly that on the BodyRevive website, I sent a request for info through the website. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I decided to call during business hours. The first time I called, I spoke with Phyllis who told me all about the couples massage class. I requested an appointment date & time and she said she would get back to me to let me know if that would work. After a few more days, no call back. I then called and left voice messages 3 or 4 more times over the course of 2 weeks. In my last voice message, I even quoted her outgoing voice message back to her where she says that voice messages will be returned within 24 hours. My messages were kind & forgiving, even asking if there was a conflict with the date I had chosen or if she had some kind of situation come up where she couldn't accommodate. Unfortunately, none of my messages were returned. I'm left with nothing but a mystery. It would be my great pleasure to remove this review if Phyllis would just reply and try to make things right with me. She has such great reviews from everyone else; I would like to join in their chorus! For now, I'm giving BodyRevive a 2 because they have a great website, offer great services, have many enthusiastic 5-star reviews, and Phyllis was very professional to speak with on the phone. Discovering Phyllis only works there part time I did a little investigative work (a la Google) and found she has her own practice. Woo hoo! I'm so glad I found her, and my wallet thanks her for her affordable pricing! She even offers a discount if you have insurance. I've had massages at all kinds of places, from small studios to high-end resort spas, and sometimes I don't know what I really paid for. Phyllis is definitely one of the best (if not the best) masseuse I've ever had! On top of that, she offers massage at very reasonable prices ($65 an hour). Right now, she is even offering a deal so you get 5 massages for the price of 4! One of the things I really like is that Phyllis always gives you a full hour (or more!) - your time starts when you're on the table. She gives you the 4-star resort treatment using aromatherapy oils, massage lotion, warm towels and the like. She'll even heat the massage table which I appreciate. You'll feel like you're on vacation! She also offers you tea or water and organic fruit after the massage and asks for feedback or constructive criticism. Who does that these days? While her massages are a deal you definitely don't get jipped on the service! When I just want a good massage and don't need the extra amenities that you pay for at a resort spa, Body Revive Wellness is perfect! You can afford to treat yourself to a quality massage more often at these prices.

I opted for the 60 min/cupping as I have never done it before so I was real excited. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. I've been training with Loni for nearly 3 years through 2 back surgeries. Even more than my regular physical therapy this has improved my strength, balance, and accelerated overall recovery.
