Went a couple of weeks ago had a Julius mein coffee, and a latte latte espresso on point, hot and really good coffee we ate a croissant ham and egg that was really good toasted. Also had a sandwich de miga ham and egg it was fresh good I can say one of the best sandwiches Argentina style I have eaten around Also, I tried the pistachio alfajor that was also good. And couple medias lunas owners were taking care of the place. They greeted us. and talked a little bit with us. I showed up late to grab something for a light dinner. The bakery is very clean and inviting. The kitchen was already closed but I was able to get a nice selection of empanadas to take home. The staff could not have been nicer even though it was late. They offered to heat them up but I took them as is and warmed them in the air fryer when I got home. They are some of the best I ever had. The dough was not too thick, crispy and light, and it had a great flavor. The filling was delish and ample for the size. I tried the BBQ pork, chicken, bacon and tomato and cheese. They were so filling I couldn't eat them all and saved a few for breakfast. Also at the price of $2.90 each they were a great value. I can't wait to go back and try other things. read more

Love this spot! I was just passing thru on US 1 craving coffee when I spotted this cool spot. Came for coffee ended up getting some empanadas and a egg plate and chicken wrap. So good the coffee was good and the food was delicious and the man that works here he looked like the owner was so nice and helpful made sure we were taken care of. If I lived in Broward this would definitely be my go to spot . I will definitely come back the next time I'm in this side of town. read more

I've visited this little and family owned bakery 4-5 times and it's been always great. The sweet stuff is really good, all the cakes, milhojas, sweet croissants are totally fresh and delicious. I've also ordered different food items and they were all good as well, the sandwiches are delicious and the portions are huge.. Difficult to finish a whole sandwich!! They also have Argentinian sweets such as alfajores, traditional candies and even specialized cheese etc.. So it is difficult to leave the place without buying some delicious treat. The service is really friendly, efficient and nice. The price is also on the sport being a bit less than other fancy Latin bakeries. I've notice that a lot of people went to place for picking up/ take out.. So I think is also ideal for catering or reunions! read more

If you are from Argentina you like a place where you feel at home because they offer the food you eat in your country of origin. But when you get to pay the bill and you see 15% "service charge" added to your check and the waitress is asking for a tip... you don't feel like giving them 4 or 5 stars. Yes, they force the service charge on you and they ask for a tip as well. That is unacceptable for us here in the US, nor in Argentina. The tip is at the patron's discretion and nowhere is the service charge forcefully included in the check. No 4 stars for a place that includes service charge in their check and is asking for a tip as well. To me, that's called trying to get away with taking extra money out of my pocket in the hope that no one notices it. read more

5/6 update. So after my previous update today the owner Bitter Brian has messaged multiple times with additional insults and states he's got a thriving business. Well if that's the case why aren't you busy focused on that instead of farting around insulting me. He's told me not to go back like I would ever even if it were free my family and friends all agreed that this Baker is strictly a hack and not an artisan. He's still messaging me what a sad sad man that his life is so empty and he's such a bitter pill with nothing to live for has to Harass former clients! Again don't be this dude it's embarrassing to have a little Wienie and be such a loud chihuahua. My apologies for insulting Chihuahuas. Sample of the owners messaging. There was a square vanilla flavored cake but when I brought it home it was filled with chocolate pudding. Seems the baker doesn't know their own product. The chocolate mousse my son hated and there's never been a choc. Mousse he ever hated. The flan syrup was very watery and it's texture wasn't creamy like home made, more like a mix. The postres de carne were flaky but hardly had meat and the meat was flavorless. Well if you've had great bakery goods that are authentic Cuban then I don't recommend this place read more

Just moved into our new home right up the street and stopped by to pick up some breakfast. The empanadas were amazing (very flavorful) with a variety of options beyond the normal chicken/beef! Great coffee and tostada! The only thing we couldn't rave about was the pastelitos de carne...we are used to a drizzle of simple syrup on top and these were fully glazed so too sweet for our liking. I have been coming to this Bakery since its first open. I'm so disappointed to say that I came yesterday 2/15/19 to buy a chocolate mousse cake for my son's first birthday reunions at home and when I pick the cake he decided to change the strawberries for me because they were old. I didn't think nothing bad about it, how can I place sell you something old right. He changed the strawberries and on my way I went. We were all so excited and happy to sing Happy Birthday and have a piece of that cake that looks so delicious but when we got into it and started eating it it had mold inside. So I decided to keep it and bring it back to the bakery the next day. To my surprise when I bought it back I asked to speak to the baker, he received the cake for me that I had in a bag and didn't come back to say nothing he simply told his cashier to refund me back my $30. I've been working in customer service for over 15 yrs, and I can tell you that it's not the way you show your face to a customer. Now I wasn't going to write this but the fact that no one came back to even say sorry really hurt me. As if it was any other day I wouldn't care but for my son's first birthday I wanted the best. The most disappointing part is that the baker new the cake was old because he decided to change the strawberries to fresh ones before I took it. read more
