It's very fitting, on theme, decorated for the holidays, the coffee tastes good, it's not wildly pricey, AND it's not ANOTHER Starbucks. It was my first time working in this building and I got here so early that I needed a cup of iced coffee. Salvador was so kind and sweet he put his heart into making my iced Carmel latte with almond milk. For paying a total of $6.21 I would say it's solid.

Then when you want to park, there's a "valet" waiting that you have to pay for even if they don't park your car, which was definitely very confusing to me... The actual coffee shop is on the second floor (I believe) and is surrounded by small offices. The cafe itself is nice with a decent amount of seating.
