Please don't consider this place. The care is terrible and your love will not get properly cared at all. You will have to be there day and night watching if you are not doing the complete work yourself. You will be lucky if they care for at least one time a shift. Some LVN are good and some forget that is the client home. They are very loud and curse a lot at nurse stations, hallways. Just unprofessional. The department heads knows what is happening but don't say anything at all. Staff relief their selves. They work almost 20 hours at times. Come many extra days in a row.That place needs a whole new caring staff. Even other departments be doing nursing without a certificate or licensing. Peace be cautious about coming there. read more

My mother has been there a while now after Arrowhead Medical Center. She has had the worst care since being there. Food is cold when she gets it, soiled linens not changed when needed. Sitting in the cold waiting for bathing. Dementia and Alzheimer's patients mixed in with regular patients, that is not right. They should be separated. Those patients scream and yell and curse keeping the regular patients awake when they should be resting. Told me they sent my to Riverside Community Hospital Emmergency went to the hospital she wasn't there, Called the facility, thay had to call the ambulance service to find out where she was. They don't give medicine on time, you have to keep bugging them to put attention to your loved one and they take forever to give you your medicine in the moment you ask them to. the hospital sent my mom there for rehabilitation and physical therapy and since May 17 when the physical therapist in the hospital helped her walk she hasn't gotten out of bed. They let my mom's cut where she had surgery get infected and now she's back the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing. I would give it 0 stars. My family and I are very disappointed with them because my mom was actually getting better and now she's really sick. And every time we went to visit she would always complain that the are not listening to her, not Changing her, letting her colostomy bag explode. We had my mother here for about a year and we can surely say this is one of the worst senior homes she's ever been in, they neglected, starved her, and would leave her in a dirty diaper for hours and even did so when my family or I were present. There's been countless times where I had been visiting and I'm asking for a diaper or I press the call button and they never come. If they don't give her the attention that's being asked when we are around we could only imagine how much worse it is when we aren't. I called the following 2 days they told me she was doing well, but they said my mom was resting and didn't want to come to the phone. I believed them. This place went to another home where disabled people live and recruited them for new clients. Talked an individual into moving to their facility. Changed their health care provider and changed their meds. Stronger meds like oxycodone. They lost their balance and fell , broke their hip. Didn't take care of said individual. Their sox were all wet when we visited. Finally transferred them to a real hospital where they were found to have blood clots, damaged liver, and they eventually succumbed to their injuries. This place was an awful experience for my father. Very unprofessional staff, lack of training for staff. My father was given someone else's dirty clothes to wear. Staff there are unethical if you are not able to see your family and your loved one is not alert a lot of stuff goes on in there which is very unfortunate. It's disappointing that you think you are sending your loved one to get help but in all reality some people are not there to help others they are there to collect a paycheck. I came in to tour this building a bit hesitant because of the stigma there is for nursing homes in general, I am very glad I decided to let my grandfather receive his treatments here. I can't thank the staff enough for being so friendly, right off the bat I felt the good energy from everyone starting from the housekeepers and all the way to the administrator. My moms health suddenly turned to the worse. It was a physical therapist who recommended Del Rosa Villa. I'm glad he did. During Covid-19 they put the safety of the patient first. Answered all my questions daily. The staff called regarding her updates. These are challenging times when your parents health starts failing. We were recommended this rehab facility through Redlands Community Hospital. DO NOT SEND your loved one here. They do not allow visitation in their room which is very suspicious. We have found out that there is only 5 CNAs per 90 patients. They have not helped my mom go to the bathroom so she has spent hours lying in her feces. She is not the only one I can assure you. Asia at the receptionist, is not customer service friendly. Even things as simple has having a working television room isn't possible which is sad because some of these patients are in isolation. If wasn't for the fact they would let her go home with her medication we would have yanked her out. We will reporting the facilities to Redlands Community and any regulatory agencies we can think of, if you are frustrated by their care I recommend doing the same. Many can accomplish more than one. We have had the head nurse urge to report them because she is overworked. Our resources could of been better spent doing in-home housing care rather than the lackluster job that's been occurring here. They are a lawsuit ready to happen, if not already. Update: She was released because we were told her infection was gone, yesterday. She went back in today into the ER, we're we told her infection was still there. The staff is so caring and kind to the patients. My mom loved the activities and friendships that made her stay enjoyable. She loved being able to go out to the gazebo and enjoy the flower garden. Placing my Grandmother here was by far not an easy decision to make. She needed the 24hr nursing care that my family and I just couldn't provide. We all felt at ease seeing how the staff was so attentive, dedicated, and compassionate. My Grandmother, was incontinent, she was always changed in a timely manner and repositioned frequently, as to avoid bed sores. I don't have anything good to say about our experience with this facility and it's staff especially the supervisor Cardenas. When they answer your phone calls they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes. They would bring her food and never once adjusted her tray so she could eat and. most times she couldn't reach her food with two fractures in her pelvic. They heavily sedated her for pain and she didn't eat anything for two days! It took the family calling them all day everyday to have them bring her her food tray, change her, cover her up or help with pain management! If there was an option of zero stars that's what I would choose! We removed our mother from here on the 8 day when I had my mom show me one of the sores on her bottom on FaceTime Once I had confirmation they were neglecting her I made other arrangements. I never could had prepared myself to see the full extent of her wounds! I was sick to my stomach to see this! The facility never informed the family of any bed sores! My mother fell, broke her hip and came to Del Rosa Villa for physical therapy and recovery. There are strict COVID-19 procedures so family wasn't allowed inside rooms. From what we could see, the facility is extremely clean and well cared for. Staff was pleasant while following rules. We had an EXCEPTION experience with Molly! She followed through on everything we asked and was always pleasant!! My only complaint would be the procedure of phone calls. The facility isn't set up for the daily calls I made. So I visited my grandmother here while she was doing physical therapy and let me tell you the staff there is amazing. So helpful in not only teaching my grandmother on how to continue care after she left but also the whole family. The nursing staff is also great and friendly and efficient. Had to place an elderly friend with no family in a nursing facility. Didn't know where to begin, Del Rosa Villa helped me through the whole process. He's been able to get therapy and they followed up with some surgery he needed. He's made friends with some of the other patients and says the staff treat him like he's family.
