They wouldn't fax a referral even though I explained to she was in no condition to be seen. The receptionist have/had no bedside manner! When we took her they insisted she get shots in both arms (including the sore arm) really??? (Her dad took her or id off insisted to wait) Then when she saw the doctor we were told that a well visit was not even needed. Dr. Miller, Sani, and Madden are together, a fantastic team. They are empathetic, compassionate and extremely competent doctors. Dr Madden in particular spotted an issue last year with my son, which turned out to be a hernia in the making, so we were able to get help from Maryland Urology before it turned into a painful hernia. The ability to call them during off hours is always appreciated and they never make us feel awkward or silly for calling, even if we were maybe being over protective. Lastly, the only negative is, there is one person who answers the phone on occasion who is a little short with clients. She can be impatient if we ask questions at times, however the rest of the staff are amazing.

There are too many instances of neglect and a system that just doesn't care. This does not reflect on the nurses and doctors at their flagship hospital in Baltimore, which is rated very highly. With the track record that I've seen at this place, literally nothing in 10 years that I can complain about, I can only assume that if someone else has nothing but complaints, they are the issue, not this doctors office.
