Waited a week for the guy after all the excuses because he sounded like an honest man. He tells me…read morethe tow truck will come tomorrow and then shows up out of no where 30minutes later. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I inquired with Robert about a highlander and he did as much as he could with me over text and email to ease my mind before going in. I had such a great experience with him, he wasn't pushy or rude like the other salesmen at dealerships and I made sure to save his number for future Toyota alerts. Dishonest, Unsafe, Predatory Pricing - I am SHOCKED by how badly this turned out…read more It's a family place, they have their kids working there, so while buying a used car comes with risks, I trusted the owners to sell me a decent car to the best of their knowledge. I misjudged them completely. A few weeks after my purchase, still making payments to RT, my car was shaking and making noises. I bring it in, the RT Motorsports - as I paid for $1,000 mandatory package to service the car. Their Mechanic tells me directly, the frame is severely rusted, it's not safe and I would have to get a new car, or "ride it 'til the wheels fall off". I was extremely upset to learn they had knowingly sold me an unsafe car. Putting myself and my daughter in a dangerous situation. I tried reaching the owners to discuss this, they continued to have their daughter and son get on the phone - completely avoided me - no help, very rude at times. WELL, THE WHEEL DID FALL OFF. Luckily I was only driving 25 mph when it happened. Today, I received a letter from them telling me they are *selling the car* with severe rust damage and I owe them $4,000 These people do not care about people. I would not be able to sleep at night if I did business this way, it's truly mind-blowing. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. And do not buy a 2007 Toyota Yaris from them.

The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. I hope they learn to treat customers better, but based on my experience, they do not care. Once you purchase a vehicle, they only seem interested in getting good ratings. I have since deleted the positive review I left for my salesperson, Melanie, because they did not help me at all.
