my mom bought a car 2 years ago and 1 month after she try register the car and found out it was salvage so she when back to the dealer and they exchange the car a month later the car had a mechanical problem and they said they had to order the parts a year has past and try to register the car put the car won't pass the smog and they keep making excuses. My fiancé and I moved to Vegas in Nov 2019. He ended up busting his ass for the both of us and ended up saving some monies for a little car "$2,500". We went to this place where at first everyone was super friendly and helpful we loved it. Even my fiancé said he felt like he was with family. We ended up singing for a Dodge Challenger 2014 with the 2,500 down, not bad. Fast forward to 2 weeks later the cars check engine light goes on. Cool we take it they say they're gonna fix it by this time I have a job now. I took the day off and took the car to get fixed I wait 2-3 days supposedly it's fixed. I find out I'm pregnant. Two weeks later the car breaks down again. Long story short this thing would shut off in the middle of the street in the hot summer and these guys answer would always be "we'll fix it". We took it back demanded a new car because the one they gave us was garbage, my fiancé was so frustrated he took the car one more time to them to get fixed but they refused to help him out and threaten to call the police and tow the car away like what !? They ended up giving us another car a white Chrysler but wanted us to give $1000 more for down payment. This thing had something wrong with the gas meter we would fill it up and by the end of the day or the day after it would mark that the tank was empty. By this time I'm about 8-8.5 months pregnant and still working so imagine my frustration and anxiety of this thing breaking down on me in the middle of the freeway (because the other one would literally start shaking and shut off). We kept asking for our money back since they seemed like they couldn't give us a working car but they kept refusing and advising not to because it could "damage our credit". But they refused to give us and actual working car or if we would go to take to get "fixed" they refused to let us borrow one so we had no transportation for those days. Honestly this was a joke of a business if they dare call themselves that. We ended up getting like 1,500 back from our down payment & just returned the Chrysler back. That doesn't pay back all we invested in the challenger (we tinted the windows, took it to an ACTUAL mechanic to see what was going on, etc). And all the gas money we put on the second one because even though I knew the tank was full it gave me so much anxiety to see the little needle pointing to E. Please don't go here save yourself sometime and money it's not worth it. They ended up being a horrible place that I'm glad we have no contact with them. They never took pity or consideration that I was the one driving the cars. God bless them. read more

Where should I begin, I bought a car from them on the 19th of May, 2018. The car was running good for a week then the car wouldn't move. I took it back and said I was returning it and Daniel said I couldn't they'll fix it. They didn't fix shit! At the same ti.e my car hadn't been smogged. So while they was calling themselves fixing whatever was wrong they smogged the car as well. Mind you I'm there so I know the car never left the lot, but it passed smog. Now 2 months into owning the car I need a new Mass Air Filter $141.99, Transmission $3500 plus labor $1100. I've gotten 3 written statements from mechanic's starting they knew this was wrong with the car when they sold it to me and faked a smog. I had a nice experience with Sunrise. I bought a BMW X5 and it was in good condition. There were a few issues at the beginning with me having access to my car. When I first bought it I was told to bring it back in 2 days to do the smog, but it was only suppose to take a little while to do. However, they told me I could not leave with it, because the check light was on. So, I did not get it back for like a week in a half. However, they put me in 2 nice loaners which I enjoyed driving. My BMW had some minor issues, but I just took it to the shop and had it taken care of. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone. They really work with you and what I like the most is that the Owner of the dealership name is David and he is so nice. He really is professional and cares about his business and the customers.
