Very disappointed with my experience at this Del Taco. I paid for extra chicken and didn't receive any extra at all. The chicken also wasn't cut up properly, which made the meal difficult to eat. On top of that, I didn't receive any salsa, even though it comes with the meal. It honestly felt like very little effort was put into preparing my order. I usually enjoy Del Taco, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the staff pays more attention to order accuracy and food quality in the future. read more

Drove through here on our way to stateline for a weekend of fun, but we needed something to eat along the way. We decided on Del Taco! All in all its a good place. I go here every once in a while, the food consistency is not good. The food tastes good, it's the portions they give you now. I bought a Del Combo Beef & Bean and I was in shock, $5 for that (see pics). The service is great here. The store is clean from what I can tell. Ordered at 10:04am on 8/07. Order took excessively long to receive. Multiple drive through orders and mobile orders were given priority even though they came after ours. We had to follow up with the staff twice in order to receive any recognition about our food being delayed. Did not receive food until after 10:20am and they forgot our iced coffee that my husband had to go back up and remind them of. The lobby was not packed (we were the first ones in before two small groups came in after) and the drive through was cleared out twice while we were waiting.This experience was handled so poorly I feel like I am turned off from Del Taco for any future "fast" food endeavors. Got my burrito order wrong. I ordered a carne asada chipotle and they gave me a chicken burrito..... unfortunately both burritos are so filled with mostly beans that you cant tell what meat they have unless you open and dig the littlest "pieces" of meat from the within the beans. I only know i got my second burrito right cuz it had a chipotle flavor to eat but honestly dont order meat burritos of any kind. Food is good but they take FOREVER in the drive-thru. Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to prepare myself to sit in line for almost an hour with 10 cars in line to order and get my food. The Del Taco on Bear Valley rd by Stator Bros is just as bad. Horrible. First this was not a planned visit. Stopped here because someone needed it bad. Never thought a burrito could taste this way (Calcium Proprionate seasoning)? The service was quick! We were given napkins with our order and paid via cash. Location was convenient and the "burrito eater" was happy. Drive through service was ok and our visit was not during rush hour.
