Drove through here on our way to stateline for a weekend of fun, but we needed something to eat along the way. We decided on Del Taco! All in all its a good place. Drive through was quick and no hassles. The order was correct for both of us and food was very good. No complaints! The drive through also was polite! read more

It's Del Taco! Ordered on the app, drove thru, got my order with a smile. Asked for extra sauce, which they gave me and I was on my way again. I usually keep it simple and order their crispy tacos and green bean and cheese burritos, which were as expected. read more

I go here every once in a while, the food consistency is not good. The food tastes good, it's the portions they give you now. I bought a Del Combo Beef & Bean and I was in shock, $5 for that (see pics). The service is great here. The store is clean from what I can tell. I can't say I recommend them, but I can't say don't try them. It's a hit or miss. Tastes good, but getting ripped off. read more

Ordered at 10:04am on 8/07. Order took excessively long to receive. Multiple drive through orders and mobile orders were given priority even though they came after ours. We had to follow up with the staff twice in order to receive any recognition about our food being delayed. Did not receive food until after 10:20am and they forgot our iced coffee that my husband had to go back up and remind them of. The lobby was not packed (we were the first ones in before two small groups came in after) and the drive through was cleared out twice while we were waiting.This experience was handled so poorly I feel like I am turned off from Del Taco for any future "fast" food endeavors. Please note the single star is for the quality of food, which was yummy. Otherwise I would give zero stars for quality of speed and service. read more

Got my burrito order wrong. I ordered a carne asada chipotle and they gave me a chicken burrito..... unfortunately both burritos are so filled with mostly beans that you cant tell what meat they have unless you open and dig the littlest "pieces" of meat from the within the beans. I only know i got my second burrito right cuz it had a chipotle flavor to eat but honestly dont order meat burritos of any kind. The meat is a dash of flavor among the should of gotten the tacos at least those always hit. read more

This is the 2nd time i came to this Del Taco in a year and both times the taco shells are stale!!! Why would an establishment this busy need to harbor taco shells to the point they get stale? Who doesn't like del taco? We probably hit Del Taco if we are in a town and are needing to eat and fast food is our choice of a meal. Del Taco uses fresh beans and their tostadas and bean burritos jacked up are the best!!! Jacked up is with green sauce and jack cheese. But my husband is in love with their double Del cheeseburger. Seriously I mean it, they have the best double Del cheeseburger is the best!!! read more

I don't usually post reviews but I will on this occasion. I went to grab two eggs burritos this morning. I forgot they put in red sauce so I went back and was just going to buy another one without it. The manager said no problem we will make another one for you. She was super nice, no drama. It was also very clean in the kitchen. The staff were all super nice and polite. I'm not sure why they have 2 stars, but today was 5 stars and I'll be going back again! read more

There's always an item missing In my order every time. They make you pull forward even with a lil bit of food I ordered so there timer resets and the don't get in trouble for being slow. I always try to avoid this place but it's like the only one in the area... next time I will starve. read more

I went it to pick up an order I waited i er 10 minutes without a greeting. The restaurant was empty besides another patron. The workers that were there would look off without giving eye contact as if they were afraid that you would ask for help. Workers are absolutely disrespectful, We had asked for extra meat and the worker had said "i don't care if your daughter yells at you for not giving extra meat" and she did not give extra meat. We did not get a refund when we payed for extra meat. Mangers are sexist. My mom has to wear her apron and hat but when it comes to the boys/males the mangers don't care? Seems to me that this establishment is disgusting and disrespectful. read more

If I could give this zero I would. Every time I come into town they consistently mess my up Oder and the food taste like trash. The people who work there have no service skills. They're rude all the time. I hate that would rather eat Taco Bell across the street but at least I don't have to complain about my order getting messed up every time I want a burrito and taco. read more

Food is good but they take FOREVER in the drive-thru. Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to prepare myself to sit in line for almost an hour with 10 cars in line to order and get my food. The Del Taco on Bear Valley rd by Stator Bros is just as bad. Horrible. I need to learn to make sandwiches so I don't crave those wonderful chicken soft tacos and having to sit in line and needing to wake up the three people in front of me because they fell asleep waiting for a taco. read more

Hands down worse Del Taco in all of the high desert. Terrible rude service and received no receipt. Ordered 6 regular tacos extra cheese which none of the tacos came with the extra cheese. Spoke with the manager she lied to me and said she added extra cheese to the tacos which they did not have. All 6 taco shells were extremely stale as well. Avoid this place at all cost.. read more

Worst Del Taco I have ever been to. They screwed up my burrito order. What the heck it's still a burrito I'll eat it anyway. The tortilla was so stale and hard fell apart the first bite. Threw it away. My biggest complaint. Please clean your restroom. It was filthy. The sink was filthy and this is where employees who prepare your food wash their hands. Disgusting. So many places to eat in that area. Don't go to Del Taco. read more

First this was not a planned visit. Stopped here because someone needed it bad. Never thought a burrito could taste this way (Calcium Proprionate seasoning)? The service was quick! We were given napkins with our order and paid via cash. Location was convenient and the "burrito eater" was happy. Drive through service was ok and our visit was not during rush hour. We are grateful for the service and no case of the trots post consumption. Yay! read more
