    Carne Asada and Eggs

So I usually come here for breakfast I like their Carne Asada plates they always give you complementary chips with beans and salsa. Now I've known this place for many years before they were located even in here they were located at another city. I appreciate that they updated their restaurant and try to go more for a higher class, ambience and vibe, but it took away from some of the old school cooking that they had especially their old menu, but they're still very good. The Menudo is classic, clean full of flavor. You can't go wrong with their posole and this time we ordered their breakfast combo with Asada they open early for the two plates. What I appreciate is that they actually have authentic sourdough bread a lot of of these restaurants or places say they offer sourdough and it's just a bad version of white bread. It ended up being $50 which isn't terrible nowadays but like I say, give it a try and you decide.

The food is always amazing! The owner and employees are very friendly and attentive. My favorite dish is the chilaquiles with steak. So good!

I was craving a mimosa and chilaquiles and this place popped up for both. We went on Sunday brunch hours and were seated pretty quickly. It's very well decorated and it looks kind of fancy. The prices were pretty affordable, the food was really good. The chilaquiles were great they just weren't spicy but lots of flavor. The steak was okay, a little on the tougher side but overall was good. Def will be back again to try their menudo.

Always a pleasure stopping here for dinner, we drive about an hour to come here and it is worth the drive. The service is always amazing and the food is always delicious. Today we got the mojarra frita, wings and quesabirria tacos. The mojarra was super crispy, the wings fried to perfection with the generous amount of sauce. The owner Raul stopped by and said hello as always. Will definitely be back again.

Our waitress was phenomenal, very attentive and courteous. I ordered quesabirrias and while I will say the meat was tender, there was nothing special about it.. at all. There was something missing, maybe a hint of salt. The pollo asado was really good and had a very nice flavor. My favorite menu item was the atomica, the seafood was very fresh. We also ordered the Paloma de Oro and they were amazing. It was a really good date night, waitress was super sweet but I just feel like there are better Mexican restaurants

As soon as we entered we were greeted with a big smile and sat us down really fasts... as we sat down the waiter already had chips and salsa and a small bowl of beans to also enjoy with chips! It's very clean inside and th staff look clean, professional, and all match!! We ordered another shrimp and octopus cocktail, this time the shrimp was devained and cleaned. We added one lime and a little ketchup and salt and we dug in!!! Very fast and polite service

This is our second time eating here on our drive through to Las Vegas. The drinks in this spot are insanely delicious and well crafted. Last year we stopped just for the Christmas cocktails. The specials were not here this year as we came AFTER Christmas. But no mind, the cocktails on the menu are delicious also (they allowed me to make their hibiscus guava mescalito spicy and it was great! My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised at their camerones diablo ACTUALLY being spicy as so many other places don't put any Scoville units to their dishes. (He gives it a solid 4,000 units with possibility to 5,000). I'm giving this place a pass on their chilli relleno which had subpar breading and was covered in watery tomato sauce as the rest of their food/service/presentation kinda made up for it. But I won't order or recommend it.

We were looking for a nice restaurant in Victorville to eat at. This one stood out. I would definitely say the ambience of the restaurant is a 10 out of 10 beautiful bar beautiful entrance. The staff is also so so nice. They give you a side of salsa, and like a bean dip with chips and OMG that beet dip is so good! I didn't really like the salsa. It was like too sweet it taste tasted like the one from the store. I had a tostada ceviche mixta 5/10 I don't think the fish was that fresh. My mom really loved her chile Colorado plate I will definitely say the rice and beans are a 10 out of 10 . I did not like the mojito it wasn't that sweet I guess some plates are good and some are ok. But it's a beautiful place to be at

Really good place for Mexican food. The workers were very friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. The owner was also there when I went and he was really friendly as well. The place is really well kept and has a good atmosphere. Will come again!

We came here about 3 years ago for my son's birthday, and he insisted on coming back here again for this year's birthday. The waiter was nice and attentive, he didn't have any issues waiting when we needed more time to decide on our order, and he was quick to correct an issue when our food arrived. We never ran out of our drinks, which is a feat in itself with how fast the kids drain theirs! The best part for me was when I showed the waiter a picture of a drink I ordered 3 years ago and the bartender was able to replicate it and tell me what it was so I could order it again. It wasn't on their menu anymore, so it was impressive that he was able to identify it from a picture. Bring back the White wine Sangria, it's delicious! Oh, I also have to mention that when they brought the ice cream out to sing happy birthday, they made sure to include an ice cream for my 5 year old so that she didn't feel left out. I love that they took her into consideration.

The item was actually supposed to be chicken suizas, but we received chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Ironically, my mom liked this first order more than the second one. The shrimp in the shrimp fajitas was seasoned very well and I liked that it was visibly seared/grilled. My mom enjoyed her chicken enchiladas. 2nd order: Shrimp fajitas, but I received fajitas with chicken, shrimp and steak. I made an attempt to eat the steak but it was dry. We ordered chicken suizas and received the actual chicken suizas, which did not have shredded chicken but blocks of chicken. My mom hated this dish and said it made her sick unfortunately. The manager was gracious in correcting the mistakes and gave us some delicious churros, so that helped. The flour tortillas seemed handmade, they were very fluffy. The salsa and chips were good. I enjoyed my fajitas but sadly my mom hated the suizas.

I ordered two breakfast burritos and found the food to be pretty mediocre. The potatoes inside were undercooked and still hard, which really took away from the overall dish. The service was also a bit disappointing. The older lady who took my order came across as unpleasant and not very welcoming. On a positive note, the lady cooking in the back seemed much nicer from what I could see, even just from a distance. When you see a place with great reviews and inside a gas station (actually a small food court inside of a gas station), you get your hopes up. Something's did not disappoint, but a few items were a miss too. The good: menudo, taquitos and their salsas. They were out of oats and only comes with hominy, but flavors were spot on. Taquitos were crispy and flavorful. Salsas were fire. They had three and all were very good, with the dark red being spiciest. The ok: asada burrito and taco. Both were small and could have had a little more meat. Burrito was mostly beans and taco was tiny. The miss: hard shell taco. Was greasy greasy greasy! More lettuce and cheese could have masked that some, but was mostly tortilla which was drenched.

I ordered two fish, one grilled shrimp taco and one potato taco. The food came out quickly and was plated beautifully with both lemon and lime wedges. I was asked if I would like a mild, medium, or hot salsa. I chose the medium one but it had only just a little hint of a kick. It was a good tasting accompaniment for the seafood. The beer batter was crispy on the fish. There is plenty of shredded cabbage and a good crema on the tacos. Fish was very fresh and clean tasting. The grilled shrimp was seasoned well but were small and a bit dry. I would probably try the beer battered shrimp next time. Potato taco was crunchy and the filling tasted good. Altogether, the food was very delicious and left me feeling light. Service was very welcoming and friendly. Bar and dining areas were inviting and clean. One of my favorite songs, The Smiths' "There is a Light That Never Goes Out" was playing on the stereo so that was very nice while dining. I will certainly return to try the other items on the menu.
