If I could give zero stars I would first and foremost I miss when it used to be Raul's tacos ago I used to work at Raul's tacos and the way we ran it was 100% ! I would always go to eat with my family on my days off once it turned into "Taqueria Arandas" it went to S*** . Today I decided to go in with my family and see how everything was . When we walked in we were greeted and ordered our drinks that was the 1st time the waitress was there the 2nd time the waitress came it was to bring our drinks a basket of chips not even a full basket , beans and salsa & we ordered our food the 3rd time was to bring us our food . That was the last time the waitress came to our table . The rest of the time we were there I had to get up and go to the front register in order to ask for something we needed or a refill etc . They were not prompt on servicing there guest accordingly . Horrible customer service . We waited 30 minutes for food that should have been served faster the restraunt was empty . I asked for another basket of chips because it was 4 of us and again like I said it wasn't a full basket they said we are going to have to charge you for another basket what ? That's ridiculous I've never been to a restaurant who charges u for chips . Now the second thing is when it was Raul's tacos you got the quantity and quality of the food you paid for ! My kids got chicken tenders you couldn't even bite into because of how hard it was they served me menudo with just meat when I asked for pata and granos they then gave me a bowl of hard granos not even fully cooked right . My husband got the carnitas plate and it had no flavor the rice and beans were cold when I told the lady I wasn't satisfied with the food nor customer service she said "sorry there is nothing I can do" . The younger guy that works there has a very bad attitude just stares at you till you talk first and stand in the corner of where the soda machine is on his phone hiding from the camera so u can't see .
