I know this is fast food and you cant expect much, but this is the worst. I only drive thru so maybe it's just a problem with that. We go there with our coupons, but the girl said it didnt scan and did we already use it. No, it's just a generic one that we got in the mail, so I don't think it's personalized to us. We just cancelled the order and left. Really, it's only $3.50 or so we're saving, but it's just a matter of principle. Went to Carl's next door and got our delicious coupon burgers. Hahaha Another time, the girl said she couldn't hear us and was laughing that she doesn't understand. We are native English speakers. I complained to the manager that maybe their speakers needed upgrading, and he apologized that the girl was in training. Her English was good. Ther are many places that you can tell it's not their first language, but the order is fine. I do drive thru quite a bit, and by far I have more problems here than anywhere else. OMG I didn't even realize I had already reviewed this Del Taco, but like over a year ago. I stopped by here yesterday because the young man wanted a quesadilla so I went through the drive thru and made my order: one quesadilla, one fried jalapeno, one small diet coke, one large iced tea. So we pull around and I pay and then the woman hands me a large drink. She then passes me a bag and then I'm waiting for the small drink. Nothing. I said "I have a small diet coke" and the woman who handed my stuff to me stares at me blankly. The other one said I only charged you for one drink. I'm like well I wanted one small diet coke and one large iced tea. She said large diet coke. I said NO, large iced tea and small diet coke. So then they take my large drink back and pours it into the small cup and then hands it to me and while I'm waiting for my large iced tea, I'm watching the two of them take orders through the drive thru in this really rude and attitude-filled voice. I'm thinking, you know what, LISTEN to what the person is saying, DO NOT talk back when they're talking, that's how you gave me wrong order! So I'm waiting and waiting and then the other woman comes back, looks around, takes the cup which the diet coke was in, rinses it out, and then fills my iced tea. I despise Taco Bell. You would think I'd hate Del Taco (one of their primary competitors) too, right? Actually, I'm not ill towards Del Taco at all. After partying, they're always there for me to provide laughably inexpensive "food" full of nutrients to soak up any alcohol still floating in my system. And even if you don't drink, you're probably famished from all that dancing or talking or carrying on that you were doing anyway. Their El Scorcho sauce also rocks the casbah. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. One of the worst Del Tacos in the area. Just go to the one on Red Hill. If you order crunchy value tacos, they legit dont even fill up the taco shell its like half empty, Other locations do justice tho. Full taco shells with lettuce cheese and beef. read more

Unfortunately their 24-hour service drive-thru is only open when they would like to be open. I was told by the delivery man that the drive-thru was closed. Try to make sure that you don't end up going when they are delivering. Call ahead, it's not worth driving to, their food is subpar at best. Don't even bother trying to pickup a mobile order from this location, when you show up to get it they look at you as if you're an alien, they have a giant plastic barrier up at the counter as if it's still march of 2020, so they can't hear you at all... and if you use a nickname for your order they are incapable of understanding what that even means. read more

Good Del Taco location. Food always comes out correctly and made well. I liked that the drive thru employee was wearing a mask and gloves and also had a tray that slides your food out to you so you don't have to have any contact with them. read more

This location has really gone downhill. The employees don't know the basic menu, and ask the customer what comes in different combo meals! Check your order if you order a combo, it won't have everything that comes with it, and you may have to remind them to give you your drink. Order fries or hash browns? This place is notorious for messing up orders at the drivethru. I just ordered a chicken soft taco well done n got on the freeway to realize that they messed up. Nothing I hate more. I exited n returned. The grey hair short manager wasn't even apologetic. My fault, I should have gone to taco bell for my quick snack. 1 star for completely messing up a simple drive thru order. First, forgot to give the fries that I ordered, luckily I checked and was still in the parking lot. Second the main part of the order was 2 classic chicken burritos with no cheese, no tomato and are chipotle sauce. Well what I got was the burrito with cheese, chicken and chipotle sauce (no lettuce), considering he repeated back the order and double checked on the lettuce. I went there this morning for breakfast around 7am. The cashier lady had her headset on taking orders and cleaning the bathroom which you ii see driving thru the drive thru. She had no gloves on. I came to the window and she was pouring my coffee and putting the lid on and there was no way she had time to wash her hands and dry them. I'm spoiled because I have the BEST Del Taco in the OC in my backyard. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is incredible. Yes all the menus are the same but the flavor is amazing and there is a difference. I used to eat close to work near Disneyland but that one didn't taste as good as this location. Went through the drive thru with my grandkids. During the school year we would get fries and dollar shakes every Monday after school. Super friendly guy taking orders at the menu sign. Always gave me the senior 10 percent discount. Yesterday I had a flyer adversing $1.00 menu. When I ordered I was surprised to see that the dollar menu now was $1.39! What???? Also not giving senior discounts. The guy at the window said they had a new boss and since it was independently owned they could raise prices and not give discounts. I crave their Chicken Soft Tacos. I had to get my fix on a lazy Sunday night. They did not disappoint. I believe they are open until 10pm inside and then drive thru till 12am. I was happy to drive through and enjoy my Del Taco from the comfort of my own home. Don't forget that Taco Tuesdays you can get 3 hard tacos for around $1.50 and then Soft Taco Thursdays you can get 3 soft tacos for around $2.80. I gotta come back on a Thursday. The drive thru service was quick and they gave us plenty of Mild and Scorcho sauce. The order came out as requested and the food was good. I don't go to fast food often but I will choose Del Taco over a Taco Bell when I want cheap Mexican fast food. Makes their own prices. Just go to another deltaco in the area that charges regular price. They literally charge over 50% more for some items it's crazy. Something for $1 cost atleast $1.50 here. Poor customer service. I placed my order paid for my order through the speaker and then drove up to the first stop where you pay for the order. I got to the window and received my order and noticed that their was one item missing from my order. I reviewed the receipt and found that I received what I paid for but it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I brought this to the attention person in the window but he was very unsympathetic. He just told me to go through the drive-through again instead of taking the rest of my order and giving it to me, and I would've gladly paid for it. He just told me over and over again that he couldn't do anything for me but for me to go through the drive through again. Personal is rude and the manager is worse. I just made a simple suggestion and I practically got my head chopped off. I drive for a living, so when I get to have lunch, there is where I can use the restroom. All I asked was for a sign to be put up near the register saying that the restrooms are close. Then I can decide if I want to spend my money there or if I need to find another place for lunch. Please put a sign near the register that the restrooms are close. Don't ever go to this location! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Louis was the manager and made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable. He touched my French frys with the same glove he was using to handle cash. I asked for a remake and he said I had to give him my entire order back. He passed me a pen and reciept paper aggressively and demanded me to write my first and last name down. I said everything else was fine in my order except the French frys and he demanded the entire order back. He then told another coworker to go outside and take a video of my license plate and record us until we left which made me incredibly uncomfortable. As a Manager, he had no regard for the long line building up behind me. Nothing was done to make this right. Horrible Del Taco!! Have had multiple bad experiences at drive thru - complained to corporate - got no response! Multiple times order has been wrong - usually missing items - they shoo you off so you cannot check every item...almost as if they know they are shorting you! Usually pretty good food. This location used to be 24 hours which was great, now it's not. I just went to go get some food 45 minutes before closing and the night crew was cleaning up and didn't want to serve myself and other patrons. I get it, it's Friday night and the workers want to close early.... but 45 minutes early is pushing it. Very disappointing. This location had gone downhill in recent years. Went through the drive thru tonight and they screwed my order up!!!!
