This location is new and very clean. The food was really good. I got the Del Burrito which I really enjoyed ( it's small enough you definitely need two.) I also got the Epic Cali Bacon Burrito Meal with Carne Asada. That burrito is big and very filling. The combination of flavors are really good. Definitely worth the stop. read more

Delivery food is always cold. Customer service is iffy at best. Stood there for 10mins before acknowledgement then another 5-10 mins to get my order. That was pre-ordered for fast pick up. They don't make it till you're there. Which negates the mobile order pick up. Crappy service. Even if they acknowledge you. read more

this Del Taco in Springville Utah can not get orders right. if you go or call and complain they don't care which is why they continue to get the orders wrong. they have Managers like Coy who only gives attitude to the customer and doesn't care to fix the problem. there is other places right by Del taco I would go to if you are in the area try Wendy's or Arby's their orders are correct cause they care. 3 other people I know have had same issues and don't go there anymore. save the money instead of throwing it away. read more

Over charged us again & food was mediocre at best, soggy greasy for the hash browns, barely any flavor in the bowl, I hate to waste food & I couldn't even finish it. I came in on a Sunday night at about 8:30 PM. I ordered 2 value tacos, a Del Beef burrito, a small fry and a cup for water. The food came out fast enough as there was no one else waiting and only 2 occupied tables. The problem was that it was all old and stale tasting. The fries were overcooked, old and lousy. The meat in the tacos and burritos was obviously not fresh and tasted sort of off. A serious disappointment. I abandoned the food partway in and decided to leave before I might end up regretting the stop. Here's to hoping I don't get sick from the little that I did eat. read more

This store in Springville is absolutely a sad excuse of what businesses in the service industry should be modeled after. A few weeks ago, I got home to find a SCREW in my quesadilla. (I get it. Accidents happen. Now yes, this is a big accident but still, I am very understanding) After reaching out to the management team, I was told I could have a refund and a gift card. When I went back, they didn't have any gift cards and told me to come back. Among coming back, I was rudely treated by the incompetent general manager of the store accusing me of already having gotten the gift card and saying "what else do you want?" when we never got the gift card. Every business knows that the customer is first especially when you screw up (no pun intended) as bad as the del taco in Springville did. Highly recommend going to any other del taco, just NOT this one. Seriously, rethink this management team that you guys have. read more

I understand that Taco Tuesdays can get quite busy at Del Taco. But Del needs to increase their staff and service at those busy times. Last night we waited 18 minutes from order at the inside counter, to delivery of a few tacos. I can guarantee those at the drive through don't wait nearly 20 minutes for their food. The restaurant was filthy, yet there were only 3 or 4 customers inside, most waiting for their food, not eating at the empty, dirty tables. My husband won't return, I'll give it one more try to see if any improvement is made. The food is fine- no different from other Del Taco restaurants. But the service and cleanliness stinks. This was my second visit, first was excellent this was not... Walked in and stood in line where the trash was overflowing, dirty floor, messy tables and I went to get my drink and no ice so I waited which was okay it was a warm day, yesterday 4pm. Got my order to go and when I went to eat in the car, my taco was crushed because they put it in between two burritos and cold cuz it Sat while waiting for fries. Asked and payed for extra cheese on two items and that didn't happen. While going thru Utah, I will pass on this stop.... Just visited this Del Taco. The bean & cheese burritos are really good. But the classic chicken burritos are Bone Dry. Got 2 and they were the same..no special sauce, and the chicken was slightly overcooked. Ordered the meat burrito, yesterday...same: Bone dry. Come on, you advertise for the special sauce. Their food isn't that great, but they have two things going for them. One, their food is really cheap. Tuesdays are Taco tuesdays and you can get 3 regular tacos for $1. Two, they are open 24 hours. If you get the midnight munchies, then go there and pick up a fiesta pack. It may not be as good as Taco bell, but it's a lot cheaper. read more

I love Del Taco but not this location. Arrived here last night after a 6 hour drive tired and hungry. I ordered a kids meal for my son and 3 tacos for me. I watched their screen while I sat there at the counter waiting...it took 13 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD! (Mind you we were the only ones in the building besides my aunt & two cousins.) I immediately asked for new fries since they were cold & he upgraded to a small fry instead of a kids fry (like that honestly makes a difference) then ate my shrimp taco first and it was COLD not even a little warm. I threw it away. At that point I was too upset to get a new one. I live 10 minutes away and will NEVER GO BACK!!! read more
