Great for a quick cheap wash. I've never used their more expensive options, but for $11.99 the quick wash is great for oh, I don't know, when you drive behind a dump druck and some mystery liquid get sprinkled like nasty fairy dust. read more

Luv car wash scammed me. There was a girl at the drive up with an ipad, she said the special was one month of washes for the price of one so I did it and signed her Ipad. Low and behold she signed me up for recurring charges of $31.94 a month and this went on for 8 months untill I noticed one of the charges on my statement. They said because I signed that was me agreeing to the membership. They didnt care to listen to me when I advised that wasnt what i agreed to sign up for and they refused any refund. I was told that I should have taken the Ipad from the girl at drive up and read all the terms and conditions and the charges summary before I signed. But who does that? Who takes the ipad from the girl doing her job? Very very disappointed in them. They didnt even offer one month credit back. Pretty much said my fault for not taking ipad and reading it. I will never go back to that place and I will advise EVERYONE I know not to use them as well. BIG HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!! read more

I do recommend LUV car wash, should you have any issues at all about spots or brushes missing a few areas, please notify them, email or office, they will resolve it within 24 hours or sooner, and let you know, from my experience. I purchased their $44 monthly membership. I went through the wash today June 22nd 2024 around 10:00 a.m. After my car went through the wash I I pulled around to vacuum and clean the windows. When I got out and looked up my car all my rims were dripping with black oily substance. And the back bumper still had soap on it and the hood of the car was still wet. So I went back through the wash and when I pulled up to vacuum and clean the windows nothing had changed it was still the same. I went and got the manager and he said that's the way it is and offered to help me clean my rims. Also when I was cleaning the inside of my windows with their glass cleaner it started scratching off the tint on my windows. I came home and immediately canceled my membership but unfortunately they will not refund my $44. Would never recommend Luv car wash. read more

Total downgrade from sporty's. I took my truck there this morning with dirt packed on my running boards. Sportys always took the pressure washer gun to the truck before going through the wash to make sure the truck came out clean. apparently Luvs does not do this service. They didn't give me the usual air freshener as you enter the wash and to top it off the last shine brush at the end of the wash is now not a part of my package. Total disappointment. There is a new car wash opening up across from Walmart so hopefully they do a better job. read more

The car wash service is second to one. The best value for your money any where around. We live in Lake County and will be coming to Deland just for this car wash at least once a month. Friendliest service anywhere. The owner was so nice and took the time to come and talk to us and ask if we needed anything or had any questions. This place is the best hands down. The vacuums are the best anywhere and they offer free towels and glass cleaner. Would give it 10/10 stars if I could. Definitely will recommend to all our friends and family in the area or driving through. If you want a top notch clean and friendly atmosphere this is the place for you. read more

Went through on 03/23/2023 in the afternoon. Paid $22. I figure they could at least get the pollen crap off the truck. Attendants did not vacuum, did not even hose out any leaves from the bed, Truck looks the same as it did before I got it washed. In other words going there is a waste of time and money. Being physically disabled I struggle with cleaning my vehicle, I figured I'd get them to at least remove the bulk of the grime, but they couldn't even manage that. Luvs car wash on International speedway is no better than a convenient store car wash. This car wash is a low end product that they are charging top tier price for. I work in ormond and will be using a different carwash that charges the same but 2 people come to your car and start scrubbing and pressure cleang before you even start the going thru carwash and then the wash has 3 different scrubbing cycle. The last time I went thru Luvs (yesterday) the scrubber for the side wasnt working. Overpriced inferior product. read more

I did the $16 drive through wash. Worth every penny. Cole, Crystal, and another gentleman did such a fantastic job on wiping down my truck, scrubbing bugs and months worth of gunk off my truck bumper to bumper before it went through the car wash. I forgot I had a tire, and a cooler in the bed of my truck, they so graciously helped me take it out, and set it aside for me. I was vacuuming out my truck in the free vacuum area and up walks Cole & Crystal with my tire and cooler, very nice of them!! I love coming here, fast and easy and really great people working there!! read more

They just opened this Sporty's so I thought I would check it out. I bought the MVP and interior detail for $26.99. The car looked clean on the outside, but the interior job was lacking. They offer unlimited car wash deals monthly but I hope the interior jobs get better. read more

I can't give it zero stars, so I'll give it one. The only positive thing I can say about this business is that the staff was very nice and friendly. The work they produce, in a word, stinks. They did't wipe my dashboard at all - the windows looked like they were wiped with a dirty, greasy rag, I think the vacuum must have been clogged, because the floors weren't clean. All in all I spent over $20 to have my car go through an automatic car wash machine - too much money for too little results. Will not be back. read more

Paid $16 for JUST a wash (the MVP) and honestly, my car still looks like it needs to be washed another 3 times. The manager didn't really seem to care, said she "watched her team clean it"...? Okay, but it still looks like it was carelessly done. Didn't add any of the extra features it had included either (air freshener, etc). Bad service, bad establishment. read more
